Mars: He watched her patiently, waiting for her to finish her sentence.

Her eyes turn back to normal. "Where is the parasite located? I might know the species. Or would that explode you?"

Mars: “Floating?” He waited for something to happen. nothing did. “Alright, floating a little behind my head.”

You feel a whoosh of wind as something disappears behind you. It seems to be erased from existence, but it probably isn't.

Mars: “the... darkness...” he collapsed, his skin going pale.

"Oh jeez. Vei? Can you not be useless for one second in your life and return the parasite?" The parasite gets returned.

s’s Neck, and two more to each of his arms. Then they faded away. He got up, regaining his colour. “What... just happened?” He asked.

"Whelp, looks like that didn't work." She mumbles. "You passed out. I'm not fast enough to save you from falling." Of course, that was a lie, but she was trying not to get exploded if that was indeed what would've happened.

Mars: “So, not to be rude, but.. who exactly are you? Have we met?” It seemed the parasite had some twisted ‘penalty system’ for doing something he disliked.

Mint takes out the leatherbound book and writes in a foreign language. "I see... "We've met before, and just before you passed out you were about to tell me what you wanted to steal if I tell you one of my secrets."

Mars: “Oh, that makes sense, I gue-“ his neck twisted 360 degrees, his eyes turning purple. “Very clever. But you play by MY rules. Total organ failure is a cheap alternative to being found out.” He went back to normal. “So, not to be rude, but.. who exactly are you? Have we met?” He said, yet again.

"Well yes, we have. But I don't think I've ever told you my name. Mint. Nice to meetcha." She holds out her hand for a handshake, then realises she can't do that, and pulls her hand away quickly. ((No. This is an interesting concept.))

((Wow, thanks! Very much!!)) Mars: “Well, nice to meet you, Mint.” He went to accept the handshake, saw her retract her hand, and just did awkward finger guns instead. “Have I... told you why I’m here? This is rather confusing.” He said.

"Actually, your little friend here was just about to tell me the rules of the game."

Mars: “huh? My frie-“ his eyes turned purple. “Of course! What is a good game without a MANUAL. Well, the rules change depending on how entertaining I find it, ranging from you do everything I say down to a T, to you slip up too much and I do everything in my power to make the rest of your life a living hell, to the point where you’ll take it yourself.” He said, in an eerily sing-song voice. He went back to normal again. “So, not to be rude, but.. who exactly are you? Have we met?” He said, everything exactly the same as the last two times.

She shrugged. "I guess we have. Are you a student here at the academy?"
