He trusted him even less now that he'd been introduced, but it seemed like a good idea not to get on his bad side. Besides, he couldn't think of any malevolent magic that activated through a simple handshake. "I currently prefer to be called Kodoku, as it's my name. A pleasure to make your acquaintance, Scam." He weaved past the questioning of his combative capabilities quite well, while still maintaining an at least somewhat polite exterior. He figured it was best not to delve too far into his strengths and weaknesses unless he insisted, considering how he hadn't told him much in return.
