Adi sighed and hung upside down under the branch she was on.”You gonna climb this amazing thing or what?” She asked him. She hung like a bat does in a cave.

“No, no I’m not.” He stormed off, dreading having to wewrite everything.

She got down and followed him.”Wait! Where are you going?” She asked.

Wade watches kodoku as he stormed off, sitting in the shade of a tree a little bits away, just silently watching to see what was happening, and watches as adi follows him

“To re-do THREE YEARS OF WORK before I forget because a TREE wanted to make a STYLISH ENTRANCE!” He yelled, not turning around.

“What now? Want help?” Adi asked.

“NO!” He yelled, followed by a second or two of silence. “ACTUALLY YES!”

Adi shook her head.”Please stop yelling? We will get this done ok?” She said.

“THREE- three years, Adi.”

“I spent my whole life writing! Now I know I don’t need to redo anything but my sister threw out my old writing book full of 5 years of writing. Believe me I know what you’re feeling.” Adi said.

“It’s a database on any even-by-magic-standards-strange things. Some things I’ve written about are gone forever, and if I don’t preserve their memory, that’s entire species forgotten in an instant.”

Adi nodded.”I could help with that. First, a new book for you to write in.” SHe said.

“My only memory of her, covered in eternal banyan... but, uh, yeah, new book. Good point.” He stuffed the now useless book in his bag.

Adi walked to the library to see if they had any there. They didn’t. The two ended up sitting on a bench in the hallway.”Welp that failed.” Adi said.

Taz after collapsing from the deep and intense pain manage to stand, she felt unusual now that she could no longer use her power to sense the future or past. holding onto the wall she noticed there was a light green layer of leaves,plants, and vines surrounding her. pulling them off her body she managed to step away from it all. crouching down on the other side of where she had collapse she held her knees and arms with her head between the two, gently crying feeling empty. she whispered to herself " i cant exceed my power rate, im useless, im a soulless bitch" she whined into her arms, she however did have still use of the earth though.

Mint, after waiting for a bit, decided to go look for Taz. However much she was scared of mind readers, this was an usually long time to be gone. "Hey guys? I'm going to look for her. See you guys soon." She closed her eyes, and a map of smells and sounds started to appear before her. Then, she wandered around, eyes still closed, looking for Taz.

Adi looked at Kodoku.”You know... I do know someone who could help us out.” She said.

“Oh yeah?” He looked over at her. He wasn’t expecting anything she could do to work, but why not give it a shot?

Adi nodded .”You might not like it but um...” she led him to the headmaster himself. He did know all the creatures since he’s lived for thousands of years. She didn’t know how but he is still alive. She thought it was cause he was a demon.
