"Yeah, and I can kick your butt anytime." She said with a smirk as she lifted the couch with two hands like it was a dining room chair. She smiled and put the couch gently back down, being careful to put it in the exact spot it was in before.

((I won't be on after 6 tomorrow, going to Six Flags. Idk when I'll be back.))

He couldn't help, but chuckle. If only she knew, but he would continue to play human for her sake.

"If, and I said 'if', I let you stay," he brought a hand up to remove his mask, "will you stop touching my things and acting like a child?"

It hadn't really been an option if she stayed or not. She wasn't human and neither was he, and maybe it would be best to for her to stick around before she'd get herself sought out by some crazed doctors, eager to get a sample of what's under her skin.

Isis nodded and sat back down on the couch, ready for questioning that always came when people found out about her. "Why do you live all alone?" she asked before he could say anything. Isis played with the hem of the shirt she was wearing and waited for some kind of answer from him.

Surely he was old enough to live on his own. No one needed to support him, especially here.

"Is there something wrong with living alone?" He tossed his mask onto the couch, but kept his eyes locked on her, maybe waiting for anything else inhumane. Though it wasn't noticeable, he'd taken great interest in this new creature.

((Sorry it took me so long, I had been on a trip where I couldn't take any electronics.))

"No, I was just wondering. You have no pets, or girlfriends living here....." She said, unsure of exactly why she wanted to know. She quietly looked back down at the ground, unsure of what else to say in this sticky situation.

"Why did you help me?" she asked, curiosity getting the better of her again. Most people would have left her on the beach to die, or find her own way but he helped her when she needed it. Despite her usually cruel nature, she was beginning to like the boy. "You never told me your name." she added watching him with her violet eyes.

Funny how their positions were suddenly switched. Shouldn't he be interrogating her instead? He supposed he'd just answer them if he'd get his turn, "I don't think it would've been the best idea since I know what you are now. And my name's Jace."

Of course the name was a lie, but he'd rather that then having his true name spewed from place to place. It would especially be entirely uncomfortable to have others not of his heritage speaking it.
