A quit city, in the middle of no where. There are murders, robbers, running a muck all over the place and police can't keep up tracking every criminal. Even though theres all sorts of problems going on in this small city there is a secrect that lurks waiting to be found.
Lea walked along the bloodstained streets, looking for trouble as always. Police sirens wailed through the night as they tried to find the more important crimes, the ones that commit treason, manslaughter, and cannibalism. She had been in this city since it had started having problems, thanks to her. She had came from Germany looking for trouble and found this city.
The ship rocked back and forth as the citizens of Germany watched Florida come into view, about a day away. A girl about 17 walked to the front of the crowed and they parted to let her through, they were all scared of her and her powers. "Lea?" A young boy walked over to her bravely and touched her arm gently as Lea turned towards him. "Is that the better land?" he asked looking into her eyes. "Yes it is little one." Lea said turning back towards the cabins and walking towards hers.
Later that evening, Lea sat on her bed and looked out the window she had. "What a wonderful sea." Lea said as she watched lightning strike the waves as they got bigger. She knew they would survive this storm with fewer members then what they currently had. Lea closed her eyes and let the sound of thunder and the crackle of lightning sooth her to sleep.
"LAND HO!" A man yelled and rang the morning bell, waking up everyone and announcing that they were close to land. Lea got up and changed clothes, putting on a pair of jeans and a purple t-shirt. She walked out of the cabin and over to the mast of the ship, holding onto the rope that came down. "Tewnty minutes away." she guessed as she turned around and went to the mess hall to eat.
Twenty minutes later a huge jolt alerted everyone to land as they raced to the deck to get off. lea followed them, careful to hide her excitement, and got off the ship with everyone else. Once she had hit solid ground she morphed into a werewolf and killed/ate everyone that had been on the ship, they had known what she was, couldn't take that risk. Lea fled into the woods, ready for a new life.
It was a year or two later that these problems had started, and Lea loved them. She had started by killing police and firemen to reduce the amount of help provided. Then she robbed banks, escaping with all the money. Everyone followed her lead about a month later and now she had done her job well.
Lea was proud of her work and she walked the streets with pride, not a worry in her mind until she was surrounded by police and S.W.A.T. They cuffed her with silver shackles and sprinkled silver powder on her until she had curled up into a ball on the ground and the S.W.A.T. team put her in the truck, bringing her to a special jail.

A young girl about the age of fif-teen ran along side of the truck which held the girl she had heard so many rumors about. Amazingly she somehow was able to keep up with the truck. Smirk to herself as the driver stared at her in disbelief then called for more men. When she was slightly ahead if the car she jumped on and latches on the side. Her blonde hair flowed in the wind as she slowly made her way to the back two doors. The two pistols strapped o her thighs glinted in the pale moonlight. Her hands grasped the latches and she yanked as hard as she could. She broke the locks from the inside making the doors fly open smacking Hailey right in the forehead. Luckily she was able to grab Lea and pull her out making them both topple and roll into the slick black rode. She moaned and groaned as she pulled herself to her feet. She held out a hand to the girl she had freed. "Hailey."
Lea was humiliated to be found in this state, but she was losing consciousness from all the silver on her and she needed help. "S-Si-Silv...." Lea said trying to get the word out from her mouth as a light grey tunnel formed around her vision. A small puddle of blood was forming around her from the silver powder on her skin and the shackles. "G-Get i-it o-off" she studdered trying to get the shackles off herself.
