(Sorry...pouring honey over pancakes? What does that mean? xD)
(Oh, I'm sorry if I I used an incorrect verb! I meant that pancakes usually have honey on top of them and she wanted to help at least putting it there since she can't really cook because of her not being able to see )
(Oh! No, it's not an incorrect verb, I think you just got mixed up somewhere. They're making mac n' cheese x3 It's okay lol, I had to look down at our previous posts to remember too)
(*FACEPALM* I got mixed up. It's me who is preparing pancakes! Hold on, I'll edit to something else!)
(Fixed it! And sorry! Lol)
( No problem!)
Max smiled and held her in his arms. "Alright. Sure, of course you can help." He kissed her head and led her over to where he had everything preparing, having her help him pour in the cheese mix and help stir everything around. It was fun, cooking with her.

"Yay!" Faye helped him following his instructions so that she wouldn't spill or knock anything. While doing this, she started to hum a happy melody. Some things were bad, but what mattered was that they could get better. Eventually, she stopped when she heard a car door slam outside. "Someone has arrived. It's not my parents, their car sounds different."
Max hummed lightly with her, and set everything out to eat. But just before they were ready to eat, Faye spoke of a car door. He frowned, his eyes narrowing. "Come with me." He put an arm around her and walkd with her to the door, peeking through the window to see who was there.
Amy knew where the family kept their spare key and used it to open the door. "Faye?! Are you in here?!" She paused when she saw them. "Oh, there you are! Are you alright? I went to the hospital but your parents told me you'd returned home. I was very worried!" Faye stood next to Max, smiling. It was just Amy. "I'm okay. Max offered to take me home." Her friend collapsed on a couch. "Mongrels, furies... Don't these guys have anything better to do?"
Max sighed in relief. It was just Amy. He listened to his cousin and chuckled. "..apparently not." It was an odd chuckle, though. "Faye, I know we were going to eat together, but is it okay if I leave you to Amy for now? I have...things that I have to do." Amy knew him well enough that she might know what 'things' that would be.
(I might not be replying much, gotta cut down on how much I'm replying to stuff so I can do homework xD)

Faye frowned but nodded. "I don't mind. I understand." He'd skipped school that day to go to the hospital. She knew he'd have his own things to tend to. "Take care, okay?" If he got hurt because of being involved with her she'd probably go crazy. Amy stayed on the couch, pretending it was just some normal stuff and not whatever vampire related thing, he had to do. "I'll keep an eye on her!"
(Kk!)
(Kk!)
Max hugged Faye and smiled. "I will. You're the one who needs to take care, Faye." He kissed her forehead, then waved to Amy. "I'll see you both later. Take care of her, Amy." And then he was gone. He had some furies to hunt, after all.
Faye sighed. She really would have enjoyed having a meal with him. Amy mumbled a 'Yes' in response to his goodbye. Furies usually could be found around green areas and it was even easier to track them if you were some kind of supernatural being and knew what to look for.
"We just made some mac and chees." Faye said pointing behind. "Do you know where's Max going?" She asked out of curiosity. Amy shook her head as casually as she could. "No idea. He never tells me anything. Okay, let's go eat!"

Max was out on the prowl, and it really would not be long until he found the nearest group of furies. They didn't stand a chance. He may not be as dangerous as a pure vampire, but when he was angry, he tended to let the beast out, let it take control.
It was a good thing Faye or Amy weren't at his house when he returned. He was bloody, with only a little bit of it being his own from a few cuts. He washed up and sat down on the couch to get some rest. He always needed rest after exerting himself.

After eating, Amy and Faye had gone upstairs to her room to hang out and talk. And once Faye started, she'd talked nonstop about what'd happened in those two days. Two movies and girl talk later, Amy fell asleep. The sun was setting and as soon as Faye's vision was back, she scribbled a note and left it on Amy's face, then walked out of the house. Maybe she'd just go to the park and be there for a while, or to a Starbucks. She just needed to be out. It started to rain, and she smiled because she loved it.
Max was on his way to check in on Amy and Faye when he saw her! He pulled his car up to the side of the road and put his window down. "Faye?? What are you doing out in the rain like this?! You'll catch cold!" He looked at her worriedly. "Come on, get in the car. Where are you going that you have to walk in the rain?"
Faye looked up when Max stopped the car next to her, her hair and clothes wet. "I was just going for a walk!" She looked down at herself and grimaced. She did look like she was crazy, walking in the rain. People around hurried to their houses, but she wasn't in a rush. Faye wiped her face with her sleeve and then walked to open the passenger's door.
Max let her get into the car and sighed. "Faye, you're soaked. What would your parents think if they had found you instead of me?" He drove her back to her house and got her inside. "Go take a warm bath and get some clean clothes on." He ushered her off to the bathroom, then walked over and pushed at Amy with his foot. Never let a human do what a vampire can do better; watch over someone.
"I know, I know." Faye looked down at her feet, knowing it was true. She'd have messed everything up if it had been her parents. "Gee, I'm not a baby." She said as she went to do exactly what he'd told her to. She felt bad for snapping at him but everybody seemed to be treating her like that lately.
Amy sat up, startled when she almost fell from the couch. "Wh- what? Where?" She glanced up. "Oh, it's just you."

Max rolled his eyes. "You'll catch a cold and die, who's a baby then?" He looked over at Amy when she almost fell off the couch. He kind of wished she had. "What do you think you're doing?? I just caught Faye walking around soaking wet in the rain! Remind me to never let you babysit anyone I know."
