modern day Europe is filled with many street performers , from mimes to dancers, and one specific performer stood out in particular, her name is Amaya Ryo and magician who uses her skills to attract attention and earn money

"hello hello , welcome everyone , this is my magic show" a girl with long black hair , bright green eyes wearing a purple vest , white shirt, black bow tie , black jacket and black shorts called out to the growing crowd around her. She truly looked like a magician as she shuffled her cards in a way that made them look as if the were levitating. "For my first trick id like a volunteer please" she called out to the crowd around her " any volunteers?" she asked with a wide smile and bright happy eyes.

A black furred hand tentatively shot intovthe air, which was followed by some snickering.
"Have fun with flatty," one of them whispered to Andrew.
"Shut up, I think she's pretty," Andrew shot back with a whisper, keeping his hand raised.

"yes you sir" she said pointing towards Andrew " step up to the platform please" she said as andrew made his way up to her she took his hand in her gloved one and helped him up to the platform. " now please be prepared for the ride of your life sir " she said with a smile. she then proceeded to wave her hands around a bit as she closed her eyes and faced Andrew. it was when she reopened her eyes and stopped her hands that Andrew levitated straight off the platform and into the air above the crowd. He moved around in the air as she moved her hands around. after about a minuet of levitating andrew, she landed him right back on he platform. " thank you for your help" she said with a bow.

The wolf boy stepped up and couldn't help but blush when she took his hand; fortunately it was hidden behind his fur.
When he started lifting off the ground, it took a moment to realize what was happening and when he did, his ears went flat. He didn't dare try and get out of it for fear of falling but went rather rigid. He nodded at Amaya when she thanked him, "Y-yeah... Thank you..." he said and stepped off the stage.

Amaya smiled and as Andrew walked off the stage and back to his spot in the crowd " alright next , i shall play with.." Amaya paused mid sentence as she raised both her hands to the sides before continuing " Fire" she said as fire shot out of both her hands and settled as calm flames in her palms. "behold my flames of disappearance" It was then Amaya threw the flames on the ground causing a tornado of fire to form around her, and once the fire was gone so was she.

Andrew stayed for the rest of the show out of curiosity and watched with awe as she vanished. He stood up once the confused crowd started disappearing and went off from his friends to try and find the mysterious girl who had floated him.

After all those who had once surrounded her had left amaya reappeared right where she had dissappeared " well that was fun" she said as she crack her neck. "oh yea, though i still can't get used to you pretending to be nice " came a voice from inside her jacket. " yea i know what you mean, smiling so much makes why face hurt" she said as she started rubbing her face.

After being unable to find her, he returned to the stand where the show had been and was startled to see her there... And... Talking to herself?
Now that Andrew thought about it, he realized he hadn't thought about it at all. What on earth was he gonna say to her? Maybe if he had any sort of confidence to do so, he'd ask her out, but all he could get himself to do with any girl was give awkward, yet heartfelt compliments. He sighed as he looked at her then took a step forward, clearing his throat as he did.
"H-hello," he greeted, "That was a very interesting... Spectacular show you gave us," he smiled up at her, wagging his tail in Both a friendly manner and in hopes that she wouldn't shoot him down before he could even introduce himself.

"eh" amaya said looking up at andrew with a bored expression very different from the smile she held earlier " do i know you?" she asked as she rolled her neck , it was then a voice came from inside her jacket again " he's the one you levitated in your last show , remember" amaya continued to roll her neck as she hummed a bit " oh yea i remember" she said as she bent back a bit to crack her back " what is it"

Her seemingly new attitude made his tail stop wagging and his ears droop a bit, but it seemed to be making him a little more build. He had to think if something to say and fast.
"I was wondering if you'd like to go on a date?" he asked, then froze as he realized what he'd just done and he was screaming at himself mentally. He shouldn't have done that, how could he have done that?! He'd never asked out a girl in his life!

amaya stared at andrew for a moment before looking him up and down a few times followed by turning around and waving a hand " no thanks, your not my type" she said casually as she started walking away. "maya , that was not nice" came the voice from inside her jacket again " well what do you expect from me " she replied " im not nice , unless im acting the part".

His ears dropped even lower and his tail went completely limp now. He hadn't been expecting a yes, but that seemed a little harsh. This didn't help his already sonewhat low self esteem either and he sighed as he walked away.
"It's better than if we had ever been friends..." he said quietly to himself.

suddenly a black book with purple strange symbols all over it was floating right in front of Andrew's face " hey there" it said threw a mouth on its spine " listen , sorry about her she's pretty rude , probably cause she doesn't have any friends to interact with other than me ,and im a book" it was then Amaya stopped and turned to see her book " NI what are you doing" she called and the book called back "Just apologizing , give me a second"

Andrew froze when the book floated in front of him, then he held the urge to scream when it started talking. He was curious about what it had to say, and his fear diminished as it spoke.
"W-well... You seem like a decent pers- Erm... Book," he said with a nervous laugh.

"why thank you" the book said in a very happy tone " my name is Ni , im a magic spell book" she continued before she was cut off by amaya grabbing her " i told you not to talk to people , you don't know, whos knows if we can even trust this guy" amaya said as she shot daggers at andrew with her eyes.

His tail went between his legs at Amaya's glare, "I'm sorry I bothered you..." he backed away from her even more then turned and hastened his pace to get away.

as he left amaya started talking to her book and as her voice raised so did the book when suddenly her body stiffened and she started walking towards andrew " hey wait up " Ni called after andrew as she floated beside amaya's head .

He turned around, "Yes?" he asked nervously.

amaya walked up to him, though she appeared to be stiff as a bored , as though she was being controlled. " now apologies" Ni said sternly as to amaya , but she remained silent. Ni remained silent as well with the exception of a slight growl that came out as she forced amaya to bow down " apologies!" she said again causing amaya to sigh " i am sorry" she said in a bored tone.

"For what?" he asked, "I don't mind rejection... It's not the first time..." he said sadly.
