I have a question. What if my character is a half beast? Would that be ok?

Acceptable. Keep in mind you will have basic gear, consisting of 1 Starter Pistol, 1 dagger, 100 Gold, and 2 Health Vials.

is it alright if i submit a character that has a little bit of magic, but rp her without the magic (im talking about https://www.rprepository.com/site.php?char=1432391 her, she has minor future vision, like she can only see major events with very little accuracy, but still, that would be unfair to the other rpers and also hard to rp, im going to remove it) also, is it alright if i keep the moving tattoos (they were originally a side effect of her magic, but now that would be the only magic she has)

Umm... well, I don't know. Their isn't much information to go off of, and magic in this game must be aquired via things the players will aquire

i'm playing her without magic, i can have the tattoos not move too if thats what you're unsure about

Theirs also not much appearance wise.
