This RP idea was inspired by my interactions with Heimdall during beta testing.

Pix sighed deeply as she entered yet another tavern rp on the public forums. She would never understand why her user insisted on sending her into these silly things, particularly as she often ended up in the fantasy section.

'I'm not a fantasy character! I'm sci fi!' she had wanted to scream at them a million times, and yet still her user had slapped a witches outfit on her and left her to pass out candy to orcs this last Halloween. Placing that in the general forums hadn't made her feel any better about it, she was even dressed in fantasy!

Looking around the room, Pix made a bold decision. Dashing over to the wall she yanked back the paneling and peeked behind it. Just as she suspected, she could sneak back out into the forums and find her way off of RPR. Who knew what else there was out there? Whatever it was, the mischievous little Voldarian was about to find out.

This is as much an interest check as an advertisement to be honest. Most of the value on this will probably be comedy and self amusement while we break all the rules we've set down for our own characters.

The idea is simple, our characters are now aware they are simply characters. How they view their user/creator is up to you. Still, theres a grand and glorious internet out there they want to discover....and in order to do that they have to find their way off of RPR. You can consider the fourth wall dropped everywhere you look for this rp, as each character is as much an individual simply placed in a box as we are people on a planet.

To be completely honest....idk how this is going to work, nor do I know if it will be interesting in the least for anyone, but it sure sounded like fun (to me anyway)....so I figured I'd give it a shot and see if anyone else might be interested, and if so we could figure out how to escape from rpr together!

I'm planning to be really relaxed in how this works. A single paragraph per post to help the next person out, and we will run it as an open group on the general forums. You can bring 2 characters if youd like, and later I may stretch that limit depending on how it proceeds. Remember to obey all forum rules for this still, and I'd say we should probably leave our user accounts out of it for now and just see what happens.

I'm not 100% sure I'll use Pix just yet, but theres a pretty good chance I still would.

So any takers on this idea? Just a fun little exploration off of the RPR to see what's out there!

I'd be game, Avi lets me meta-talk in OOC and stuff all the time anyway, so this should be good. Okay, well, "lets" me, more I do and she can't really stop me, but close enough.

You have no idea how long it took to talk her out of suggesting her character-mode self for this, though. There's such a thing as being too meta and she didn't want to believe it.... yeesh.

I'll probably bring Pix and Siira on this little adventure. I've been kind of wanting for some sisterly interactions in an rp with them anyway.

But nah, she'd been having a good time recently. She got to murder a deer thing. It was delicious.

Perhaps that was what she should have caught on fire.

Anyway you can really throw down however youd like....pretty liberal rp as I'm not 100% sure how it all will be working anyway. I am waiting to see if a few more jump in there today otherwise I may post again later on regardless.

Mostly I just don't want to start her isolated from everyone else, since that would be... you know, unhelpful. '^v^

Edit: there's really no obligation, so if you have to drop out of it that's fine too. This rp was mainly meant for some silly rule breaking fun we could all experiment with. (Note that the rules broken are not intended to be the forum rules, but rather how our characters are expected to behave in an rp)
