Hi there!

So The recent DftPAY forum that pops up on occasion, while wonderful definitely!, is digital only; So for a few reasons, I'm going to start a traditional thread for this kind of thing


IDEA: You essentially claim the person above you to draw out a character for them, traditionally, and then deliver! Free art for other artists! Kind of like mini art trades in a way c:


RULES:

• Feel free to give a pencil / charcoal sketch, something like lineart, a watercolor piece, whatever! So long as it's traditional!
• Make sure you post under the person you want to draw for and claim them! This keeps the thread moving and makes sure that people don't accidentally end up getting two pieces from two people who wanted to doodle for them!
• When you finish a piece for someone, just edit your claimed spot comment; This keeps the thread nice and clean!
  This can be both a "Edit: <image>" or a collapse tag with the image in it, a link, whatever! Just make sure it's in the same comment as your claim to the person c:
• Feel free to post as many claims as you want to people! So long as you're drawing for people as you're supposed to, then feel free to keep playing!
• If you don't want to draw any given characters from the person above you, but want to claim someone, then feel free to wait until another person posts. You have to draw for the person above you c:
• Give at least 2-3 characters as an option, so the person who claims you has a choice!; If you only have one character to your name though, then that's fine! But if you have more, giving a choice is often nice
• Please make sure you can get your piece out within 1-2 weeks; If the person who claimed you does not draw for you in this time, feel free to contact them with a gentle poke, or DM me and I'll try to sort things out c:
  If your artist is unable to finish your piece, for whatever reason, PLEASE DM ME
• QUALITY: I'm not asking for perfectly scanned quality here, but something nice is required. A blurry picture with a bunch of shadows on the image, or a finger poking into the picture isn't good quality. The lighting doesn't have to be perfect, but at least make sure your image is legible!
  Instagram filters are great for this sort of thing!
• This is not a commission! If you have a very specific level of quality and detail in mind, maybe go look at the many awesome commission forums that artists have available on the site! This is just a little forum for fun, so make sure your character page has plenty of references if you're looking for anything -seriously- specific!
• I think that's a good amount of rules? I'll edit these as necessary c:

Yet another edit!: I am so sorry this took way too long. The funny thing is I did it like five days after claiming but there was something wrong and I couldn't figure out what and I hated it and kept saying 'I'll fix it' but kept forgetting or getting distracted but I finally figured out what was wrong and it's fixed and I'm soooooorry it took so long I feel awful please don't hate meeeee!
