"Very well. You two can always crash at my place if you need to," Jacob stretched out, and smiled, nodding his head to the music. It was nice finally having a place to live in, and to have Casey there to be with him, too. Sooner or later, she might just permanently live with him. "Great, now that I have you in my house. Ironic, though. You let me into your house, now I'm letting you into my house,"
Casey smiled. "Thank you for the offer, I will keep that in mind." She said, laying her head on his shoulder. She liked being with Jacob, it was calm and relaxing, it was much better that hiding away in her room, trying to keep from getting hit. She grinned at what he said. "It is ironic. You use to need my help now I need your help."
"No problem, Casey. You need my help now. And the best part is that I don't mind. I like being with you," Jacob said, and he put his arm around her neck, letting his hand rest on her shoulder. She was really pretty. Much prettier than last he saw her. He thought about he pizza guy, but didn't think twice. He always just put it in the window right next to the couch, so it wasn't too bad. The album was finally over, and the music changed to The Car's Just What I Needed. "Hey, want to watch a movie?"
Casey smiled at him, glad to hear that. "That's good because I spending time with you too, Jacob." She said, not minding that he wrapped his arm around her shoulder. She didn't look like a stick anymore, which meant she had been eating more than what little she ate before and it brought back the flush of pink into her cheeks and her eyes would sometimes shift from blue to green to blueish green. It sometimes would scared people, but everyone just said that it was just the lighting. She thought for a moment to think of a movie. "How about Rent? Its a good musical."
"Casey, I would do anything with you," Jacob said, and of course, it was true. She wouldn't remember it at all, but he did things with her, only one day, though, that he never would forget. The Pizza was delivered, put through the window next to Jacob. He gave the money, and turned on the TV. "Just like you asked. Rent. Here, Pizza?"
Casey smiled at him, she was happy to be here with him. "That's good to hear." She said, smiling up at him. She was surprised to see the pizza guy delivered the pizza through the window instead of the door but she had not a problem with it. "I think you will like it. Its got a good plot and is really good, its kind of old though. Oh! Thank you." She smiled taking a piece of pizza.
"I'm sure it is, Casey. I really like being with you," And he smiled at her. Jacob grabbed a bottle of beer that he had, and opened it. Then he offered it to Casey, a little unsure if she would take it. He ate a slice, then put his hand around her neck again. "No problem. I think I will like this,"
Casey smiled at him. "I like hanging out with you too, Jacob." She said. She didn't know if she should take the drink but decided that it couldn't hurt, not like she was going to drink much of it. She took it and smiled, taking a sip.
Jacob sipped his beer with delight, enjoying every sip. He ate his pizza slowly, taking in each bite. Every moment he spent with Casey would be the best moment of his life. He didn't want this to end. They were both sitting there, watching the movie together. He wouldn't care if right now he got drunk, but he would be sad if he forgot everything. The movie was ending now, but he didn't care. While it was good, this night was better. He looked over at Casey and smiled.
Casey ate some of her pizza and sip at her beer from time to time. She was glad to be around Jacob, it felt normal and calm, like she didn't have to prove herself to anyone or hide away from being hurt anymore. She hadn't realized but she was starting to get drunk, the flush on her cheeks grew darker and her eyes looked daze. She had never drank before in her life so she had a low terrolence for alcohol. She looked up at him at the same time and smiled at him a goofy smile.
Jacob could see that she was getting drunk, but he didn't care. She looked great, and he didn't wait. As soon as the movie ended, he shut off the TV, leaned in to kiss her, and turned off the light. No one would be able to see them that night, but if they did, they would see a big smile on his face as he leaned in....
Casey was surprised by the kiss, but she kissed back. She hadn't paid attention to see him turn off the TV or the lights, she didn't care, well, she was to drunk to care. She really did like being with him, more than she thought. She didn't know what expect to come from this day this morning when she walked up to this school, but she was glad that she had came to that school and wished that she had came sooner.
Jacob turned his gaze over to Casey, who was still asleep. She looked nice, all curled up in the sheets, calmly sleeping. She was just peaceful like that, not hurt, nothing. She was just... Her. It made him feel at peace with himself. She was the thing that was making his world go round, what was making it tick, and he liked being in that world with her. He didn't dare wake her up, so he just sat there, sighing, and smiling.
Casey slowly opened her eyes, realizing where she was before what had happened. She sat up, but she then felt a breeze against her chest and then grabbed the blanket to cover herself, a bright blush turned her cheeks red. She looked over at Jacob and then knew what had happened, she noticed that he was looking at her. She remembered what happened but it was hazy and not the best thing.
"Need some clothes, Case?" Jacob said, and chuckled. She may have had a fuzzy memory, but he knew damn well what happened last night. But that was not happening again that morning. He wasn't from Havana. But that night was the best damn night he had ever had in his life. He got up, and kissed her on the cheek. "Thanks for that wonderful night,"
Casey quickly nodded, still blushing. "Do I think what happened, happened?" She asked, still in utter shock of what must have happened. She wasn't too happy about all of this, but she wasn't as upset as she thought she would be. She really didn't know what to say when he kissed her cheek and what he said. "I'll take that yes. How drunk did I get?" She asked, still holding on to the blanket tightly.
"Oh, it is a most certain yes. That was the best night I ever had. Sorry if I'm making you nervous, Casey. You weren't that drunk. Just drunk enough to let me kiss you, and it went on from there," Jacob said, and looked a little sad. But he was just really happy that she did even this with him. That he'd never forget. "Stay, here, Case. I'll get you a shirt and shorts, k?"
Casey shook her head, trying to get out of the shock. "I'm sorry I am acting like this, I am just really shocked." She said, looking up at him. She blushed, really surprised that she had made his night so wonderful just because she did that. "Uh, sure. Thanks, that was great." She smiled at him.
"No, Casey, don't be sorry. I'm feeling the same way. This is the first time for me, and I'm a little shaken about it. Happy, but shaken. Don't look if you don't want to," Jacob said, and got up. He had his underwear on, and grabbed a pair of shorts for him, and his Rolling Stones shirt. He grabbed a large Van Halen shirt, and shorts, and brought it over to the bed. "Here, you might want this,"
Casey nodded. "I see. This is the only time that I did this and it wasn't forced on me." A cold chill ran down her spine at the thought of those times that her father did that to her. She looked away when he got dressed and thanked him for the clothes. She saw her underwear on the floor and quickly put them on under the covers. then put on the shirt and shorts. The shirt was so large on her that it looked like a dress, but it didn't even come close to her knees.
