Raeliel was quiet a little, and then she nodded slightly. "...yes. I wish it would have as well." She looked at Saelhil, then finished eating. "So...we'll sleep tonight, and then be on our way tomorrow? We have to get the dye out of my hair by the way, Saelhil." She rubbed her eyes and sighed. She felt quite upset still. First Mirathin had died, now he was alive because her father wanted to lie to her, then the whole relationship with Mirathin was a lie, a set-up! It was a lot.
"Mm. I will help you." Saelhil stood and cleaned up the table. He led her upstairs. "We can take as long as you need in the morning. It's only an hour or two to the shore."
Raeliel helped clean up the table, then went to go upstairs. "Alright." She sat down and let him wash out her hair, and then once that was done she would get into her nightgown. "Thank you."
Saelhil nodded. He washed out her hair quickly, returning it to its golden hue. After changing into his own night clothes, he crawled into bed and let out a heavy sigh, mentally and physically exhausted from the day.
Raeliel climbed into bed and closed her eyes. "Good night, Saelhil..." She took in a deep breath and let it out, then tried to fall asleep. She was hardly able. She had a rather fitful night, constant nightmares and often she just lay there and stared at the ceiling. Finally, in the middle of the night, she got out of bed and went over to the window. It was all a lie. Such a terrible, terrible lie. Raeliel was scared to wonder what else may be a lie too.
Saelhil awoke in the morning, having been too fatigued to feel Raeliel's constant tossing and turning. He slowly sat up, rubbing his head. "Raeliel...?" he asked groggily, glancing around for her.
Raeliel was awake already. She was by the window again, and she looked over. "...I'm over here, Saelhil." She took in a deep breath and let it out. "Let's have some breakfast...once you're ready, of course." She looked over at him, and then left, going to get breakfast together for him and herself.

(I had to go too, so it's okay xD)
(Bopping this 'cause you might've forgotten it was your post )
Saelhil nodded numbly, and soon enough he was up and getting himself dressed. Not but a few minutes later, he went downstairs to get some breakfast. "I take it you didn't sleep well?" He asked gently.
{So sorry! ;; Im such a bad person xP School is suddenly mean.}

(Don't worry, it's totally fine! I figured you had probably just forgotten it was your post. Nooo worries! That will be me this weekend. )
Raeliel shook her head slightly. "No...not at all." She didn't look so well, either. She only had one piece of fruit for breakfast. She wasn't that hungry, understandably. There were dark circles under her eyes, and she had none of her usual...spark. The spark that seemed to clash against his spark, usually, but it was a spark nonetheless. "Sorry if I woke you."

"I'm sorry for that. I hope you rest better, once we reach the coast." Saelhil ate quietly for a bit, then shook his head. "No, it's alright. I understand." He waved his hand dismissively.
Raeliel just stood there while he ate, staring absentmindedly at a wall. She suddenly quickly looked away. "I'm going to go pack some clothes." She went back to the room quickly, wanting to do something to get her mind off the past day's events. Once she was packed, she tried to find anything else she could do to keep herself occupied.
Sael cleaned up and soon came to join her in packing. There wasn't much to pack, as they had packed some on the day previous. He then checked his bags for a moment. "Ready to go?"
Raeliel nodded. "Yes. I'm ready." She just wanted to get away for a bit, to clear her scrambled mind and her aching heart. She followed him out to the horses and got on, taking in a deep breath and letting it out. "...what am I going to do, Saelhil?" she asked him quietly. "I mean...what do you do when you find out that half of your life has been a lie?"
Saelhil simply led her out of the village, towards the coast. "...I do not know. But you will never rest unless you forgive him, you know." He glanced hesitantly at Raeliel, seeing how she would process that suggestion.
Raeliel rode along, following him. She frowned a little when he spoke of forgiving Miralin. "Forgive him? Everything was a lie, Saelhil. All of it. A horrible, mean, dirty, cruel joke! Why should I forgive him when he was so terrible to me?" She looked away. She knew his words were true, but she was too hurt to even think about forgiveness. It had been a deep cut that had been carved into her heart. The only person she ever had feelings for, as much as she had said she tried to distance herself from having feelings for anyone, turned out to be completely false.
"You should forgive him because you aren't the person he is. You understand more than he does about people and emotions," Saelhil said softly. He didn't want to anger her, but since there was no acceptance of liars in his village, everything was honest and forgiveness was a must in order to keep the village the way it was. "But you don't have to forgive him now. It was a horrible thing, what he did. But someday, maybe you will try to let go of bitterness towards him."
Raeliel listened to him quietly, and gave a soft sigh. "...maybe." She sighed and closed her eyes, letting the horse follow Saelhil for the moment. She didn't know if she wanted to trust anyone, now. So...where did that leave her with Saelhil? He seemed rather honest. But...so had Mirathin. She didn't say a word for now. She just rode along in silence, opening her eyes at last to look around. Silence was how most of the ride there went.
