{Night!}
A withered flower... Saelhil wrapped his arm around her firmly. "I won't, Raeliel. I promise." He used his free hand to gently stroke her hair, as he thought about what might happen, should he be called to fight. He would do all that he could, but he had little chances of survival in hand-to-hand combat, especially versus a human. He promised Raeliel that he would make sure his flower continued to bloom, though, and so he would do his very best.

(*tosses one last post in because had to finish writing something for class* NOW bed xD)
Raeliel let him stroke her hair. It was such a comforting touch from him. "I love you so much. Now that everything is finally coming together, I...I can't lose you. I can't." She took in a deep breath and let it out. Honestly, she had...ideas. War plans. In case it did come to blows, she had a good idea on how his people could gain advantage over the humans and fight well.

"You won't lose me. Whatever may happen, I will always come back to you, Rae." Saelhil closed his eyes for a moment and rested his forehead against hers. Finally, he smiled and looked at her. "Let's leave this sad talk for once we find out the humans' actual intentions, alright? We should get breakfast."

Raeliel listened to him and smiled softly, especially as he spoke of leaving the sad talk until later. "...yeah, that would be a good thing to do." She chuckled a little and sat up, slowly and reluctantly. "Mmnn...what should we have for breakfast, Sael?" She yawned a little and rubbed her face.
"We have a bit of fruit left," Saelhil said, yawning a bit as well. "We could always cook something new, though." He got out of bed, stretching his arms and arching his back a bit to get the blood flowing.
Raeliel nodded a little. "Let's cook something." She felt in the mood for more than just fruit. She got up carefully, testing to see if her ribs were still giving her pain. She was pleased to find that it wasn't near as much pain as before. She smiled at Saelhil and took his hand.
(Gonna go eat and go to church, I'll post once more if I have enough time after I eat)

{I'm heading to church as well~ cya in a few hours!}
Saelhil squeezed her hand and smiled cheerfully, leading her downstairs to se kitchen to begin searching for ingredients. "Let's see..." He began rummaging through various cupboards.

(Back and homeworkin', so I'll be on for a while!)
Raeliel let him go through what they had. She was...distracted. By him, of course. There were things about him that she had never noticed before. The movements he made, the way he turned his head, everything about him just caught her and held her. It was her turn to stare now, taking in everything about him. She didn't want to acknowledge the reason that she did this; because she may not have him for long.

Saelhil pulled out some food, then noticed her watching him. "...what?" he asked with a curious smile. "Have I got bed head?"
Raeliel blushed. "Oh. Uh...no, I just.." She looked away. "I was lost in thought, that's all." She smiled a little and walked over to start helping him with the food. "So? What are we going to have?" She looked at him, then at the food he was taking out.
{Im gonna takea quick nap to try and sleep off my stomach ache... Be back soon~}
"We've got some bread we could cook... My mother used to spread butter and cinnamon on it before she cooked it for toast. It was delicious. We could go get eggs and meat, if you want. Or perhaps Father would want some company this morning... He may be too worried, though, for company." Saelhil watched her, waiting for her decision.

(Ok feel better soon! I wanna nap too but I've got more stuff to do first xD)
Raeliel listened to him and smiled a little. "...I think the butter and cinnamon toast sounds great, Saelhil. Let's make that." She didn't feel like going out, and she didn't want to bother his father, who is probably very preoccupied.

Saelhil smiled and nodded, then began searching for the cinnamon. "If you want it to be sweet, we can add a bit of sugar, as well," he offered cheerfully.

(Awaaake)
Raeliel smiled at him. "That sounds nice, actually." She would help him find some sugar as well, and when everything was acquired, she helped him make the toast. It sounded so nice, though. Quite delicious.

Once all the ingredients were acquired, they would spread out the butter on a few pieces of bread, then sprinkle on a mixture of cinnamon and sugar before roasting the pieces over the fire so that they were crispy, and just a tiny bit burnt. Saelhil would be the one to take the toast off the fire (insisting that Raeliel would burn herself, and he couldn't let that happen), and put it onto plates, then they would pour themselves something to drink before settling down to eat their scrumptious meal.
Raeliel would let him take the pieces from the fire, since he insisted so whole-heartedly. She would sit down with him and eat their toast, smiling as it turned out to be rather delicious! "Mmmm! Your mom really knew what she was doing!" It was quite good. The perfect thing to have for a good morning.
Pffft

"Thank you." Saelhil chuckled, eating the toast happily. "She loved working with spices and finding good combinations. You should have tasted her cakes. It didn't matter what we had in the house, she would bake it and make it delicious." He smiled at Raeliel. "...I think you would have really liked her."
Raeliel listened to him talk about his mother and she smiled softly. It was a bit sad, listening to him like that, but at least he was happy remembering her. "...yeah, it sounds like it." She smiled back at him, watching him as she ate.
Saelhil took a sip from his cup and watched Raeliel for a few moments, then he focused on his toast. "Speaking of which..." He cleared his throat slightly. "What are... Ah, what are you thoughts on having children?" He looked up hesitantly at her. He knew that the impending war was not a good time to start raising a family, but he was just curious.
