Animal rolled his eyes and simply chuckled,"You're no fun Eon."he teased and sat next to Mia, once against wrapping his tail around her.

"I'm being realistic. So let's not use the rules of the wild, because I don't want to kill you."

Animal went silent as he said that and kept his eyes on the weather outside the den.

Eon sighed and leaned back against the dirt walls of the den and closed his eyes.

"You okay?" Mia asked Animal quietly, "He was just teasing you, ya know."

He looked to the Floatzel besides him and nodded,"Yes, I just don't feel like talking about it anymore."he said softly and gently licked her cheek.

She blushed and put a hand on his cheek then moved behind him and started to rub his shoulders, "You sure you're okay?"

Animal nodded and slowly closed his eyes at the feel of her soft paws on his shoulder,"Yes Mia...don't worry."he smiled up at her.

"Alright," she nodded and wrapped her arms around his neck then rested her chin on his shoulder.

Animal relaxed and closed his eyes, listening to Mia's soft breathing and the pitter patter of the rain.

She smiled and licked the side of his neck gently, "This is nice..."

Animal nodded slightly and rested back against her gently,"Yes, you're very comfortable."

She giggled and put her arms around his belly, "Well you're my big, soft blanket~"

Animal laughed and stroked her cheek,"I wonder how much longer it will rain..."

As if in answer, the sky gave a loud roar of thunder and the rain came down even harder.
"It's not stopping any time soon, I know that."

Animal's ears flattened in annoyance. He gently rested his head in her lap and closed his eyes,"Oh well..."

She started to gently stroked his forehead and smiled down at him then planted an upside down kiss on his nose.

Animal purred in her lap, gently nuzzling her belly as he relaxed,"So comfy Mia..."he smiled.

She blushed and playfully started I tickle his chin and then started to trace patterns in his chest with a finger.

His purr only grew louder and louder as she gently touched him. He gently nuzzled her tummy, close to falling asleep.

She smiled down at him and kissed his cheek gently, "You're so sweet," she whispered.
