Shinigami looked at Darcie his eyes completely black. He turned away and focused back on tobi. He jumped towards her and sliced her form in four with mana swords. The body disappeared and he landed panting

Ok. You’re fine”, tobi said from behind him, “you’re tired now. Rest before you explode your heart”

" You missed your friend acting like he's king cool. Now get up!" He reached down and pulled the weary Valra to his feet. Nasr's legs were wobbly enough, Darcia had to support him as they stepped closer.

" We really need help looking like this..." Nasr smiled at Shinigami. " I hope you and Kuroi are ready for a fight because Solarium is killing all who support her now" A quick glance revealed she wasn't around. But it smelled like she was there...or did it? He rubbed his head while trying to figure this new scent out. " I guess you have not found her yet"

Hmmm....”, he said giving them blank faces, “yumas not with you?”

Wait. You both take a bath before getting closer. You stink”, tobivsaid harshly

Give them a break..wait how did you find us?, he asked

Nasr was too tired to register that a blank expression was given but Darcia scowled. " I ran into your mother" Nasr replied. " She pulled this guy from some place, said to take him with, then told us how to find you" His eyes grew heavy and his head drooped. " Not sure why..." A quick shift from Darcia got him to wake again. " Not sure why she said to take him...maybe because he serves Kuroi?"

" I want that answer too" The human looked past the trees as their leaves rustled in the wind. A flash of light revealed the shards embedded deep into tree and soil alike. " Storms coming. We should find shelter"

" Not yet..." Nasr mumbled as he shook his head. " The rain will make...a good shower...and no...I have not found Yuuma"

I see. Why she brought him I don’t know he’s seriously useless”, he said looking at Darcie, “should just kill him now”


Wait did she ask you to not stop flying”, tobi asked

" Idiot" Darcia growled. " Kill me and you kill your precious goddess"

A single eye was open as Nasr looked towards Tobi. " Yeah...she did...why else would I be...so damn tired..."

Oh. Well every time you move you will go towards him no matter what. Until you touch him”, tobi said

Yeah. About that. Nevermind”, he said looking away, “go wash up and come in. On second thought”, he said as a cloud formed on top of then and rain fell on nasr and far is, “good enough?”

Yeah. Just don’t come near me”, tobi ssid

" That doesn't make...any sense at all..." He stared at them with hollow eyes until the downpour put his hair in his face. A thumbs up was given. " Thanks...I can get a real bath after I wake up..." A little burst of energy from the cool water allowed him to hobble along on his own.

" Very helpful..." Darcia pulled his hair out of his face before following.





Food was just getting pulled from the oven when they set foot inside. Kuroi paused with the lamb in hand and watched as the two shopping wet guys wandered to the living room. " I...need to make more food I see"

That voice...Nasr stopped and turned her, blinking as he tried to comprehend the chaos of his senses. " Kuroi? You...smell different...really different...are you really...No food for me I just need..." He fell face first to the floor, fast asleep.

Darcia stepped over him and headed for the wash room.

" Yeah...it's me" She said while cringing. The food was set on the table and she smiled at Shinigami. " I wasn't expecting you to find them" Behind the smile hid a tangled knot. Their arrival complicated things or so she thought.

He picked nasr up and put him on the couch, “didn’t find them. My mom did”, he said pocking nasr, “and the spell is done”

" Her skills are almost terrifying. A good thing this time" Kuroi dished a plate and brought it too him. Even when poked, the Valra remained still. A smile showed as she shook her head at him. " Where are the others? Keiran, Pavol...Yuuma?"

While there were more she could name others, those three held the greatest meaning to them. " Spell?"

Don’t worry about it”, he said taking the food and eating

Eat and train later”, Tobi said

Training, something she refused to give up herself no matter the situation. " More training? I get it's important but..." Rain drummed on the ceiling as she turned to grab some food for herself. Its sound reminded her of the castle and all her tricks. Vaulkar lied, of course she could still fight.

A glance was cast at the washroom when she returned. She sat down next to him but her mind sat between tense and joy. " Tobi, what's the worst possible trouble he could get into?" She asked before eating. Her voice was kept low to prevent Darcia from hearing and from waking Nasr.

Being weak”, Tobi said

Oh yeah my stone”, he saud

" You are...obsessed with his strength" She said while reaching into her pocket. " If that's the worst of it..." The stone was pulled out and placed in his hand. She didn't let go however, as she leaned over to kiss him. " Want to know what your mother meant?" She said through the link. Her hand was pulled away from the stone when she sat back.

Know what?”, he asked through the link

Hey you two communicate loudly..auctually nevermind. I will be back when you’re done”, she said then disappeared

" The link is louder to her?" She smirked as she glanced to the door. Her attention returned to him when Vaulkar's words echoed in her mind. "...don't leave him hanging..."

Nasr seemed deep in sleep and she was sure Darcia would be out soon. " She said Definitely now when she looked at me...my jerk of a brother was here as you thought..." She said while looking down. " ...he...well...we're in seriously trouble" She chuckled nervously but looked up at him, her face bright red now. " You're going to be a father"

Within her mind she could see Shadow grinning from ear to ear almost like they hand in it. From what Yuyami said, that was certainly the case. Dream...and reality.

Hmmm”, he asked not hearing what she said, “I’m going to be fatter. Well you are the one feeding me”

" You won't be fat with all the training Tobi is putting you through" She sighed and slumped back at his selective hearing. Then again she was soft spoken. " That's not what I said...don't blame me when you're surprised once I'm fat with a child..." How eloquent...she smacked her face with how the words left her mouth. " ...This was so much easier in my head..."

Ok”, he said then kept eating, “fat or slim I will take you either way”

There was no way she could keep a strait face now and busted up laughing. " Fine, enjoy your meal" She stood and took her plate back to the kitchen. If anything his dense nature was saving her much trouble right now. Problem would be when an how he might find out.

She turned around and smiled while watching him. " I could just put it bluntly. I'm-" The door opened from the washroom and Darcia stepped out. "...pregnant..." She finished in her mind. Whether Shinigami payed attention or heard was another story.

Darcia glanced around before sitting on the opposite side of the room. The change Kuroi had caught his attention and he focused on her.
