His ears flipped back when he looked at Shinigami. " If it's meat you offer, I'll take it!" A short growl accompanied his huff and he marched ahead, leaving flaming footprints behind.






Darcia had been sent to run errands around the castle with Averin while Kuroi got her bath. She lounged back in the warm water and stared at the golden statue of Shinigami, thinking. " Why are you so defensive over something most find joyous?" The question haunted her yet the answers eluded her.

Was it due to their situation? His response? Fear or simply how her brother handled it? Whatever it was, it was best if she just calmed down...even he couldn't relax though. As soon as she closed her eyes, Glira's distant voice echoed in the room. " Fate is always in our favor. This body of yours? Perfect for opening the gates" Kuroi sat up and looked around but no one was there.

He walked towards the room and set rage there. He sat down on a chair, “don’t finish it all”, he said then looked to nasr, “ok now how to save your clan”

The icebox was tore open almost immediately when Rage was before it. Poultry and various large game meats filled it to the brink with a spot set aside for fish. Each piece was almost charred as the demon picked them up and snarfed them down.

While finding his own seat, Nasr watched the gluttonous demon. " First we have go find them" He said while snatching a bird from Rage. " I have not seen or smelled them since I woke. Best places to look are places that could kill you and are not fiery"

" You mean it's perfect to be sacrificed" An odd feeling rose in her gut as she turned, searching for the Luminary. Something felt off with how Glira said that. " A generous offer my dear. But you see..." Kuroi put her back to the water and found Glira in her face, smirking. " Death suits you better" Glira grabbed her throat after she fell into the water from the start, holding her under. A ceremonial blade appeared in the free hand but just as it brought down, Kuroi lashed out with her claws which Yuyami was kind enough to leave.

No flesh was found, nor did the blade taste her own. Her heart pounded in her head as she stood again and looked around. Nothing, no one...except... " What the hell are you doing here!? Get out!!" She whipped a towel at Darcia which hit him in the face.

He grabbed it and held it out to her. " Or cover yourself. I'm here because something felt wrong"

She shook under her temper then stormed over and snatched the towel back. " I'm fine! Now get out! One guy gets to bath with me and it's not YOU!" She roared while struggling to get the towel on.

Tobi appeared before Darcie, “forget”, she said removing the last memories, “there’s an holographic attacker. Find the source and protect kuroi”, tobi said to him then went to kuroi.

He looked at Tobi with skepticism for a moment before nodding. " An illusion of light..." Kuroi's glare could still be seen past Tobi. He glanced at her then left in a cloak of shadows.

" You returned" She finished tucking the towel so it would stay. " Thanks for dealing with him " The room was looked over once more before she turned to her clothes.






His request was met with a snarl and fiery glare as the demon took a defensive posture over the food. Flames began to lick at the edges of his mouth and Rage returned to eating.

Nasr stood again and lingered by the demon, watching with one hand raised, until he could safely grab another piece. It was cooked, thanks to Rage's heat, but he nabbed the meat before it became charcoal. " Here" He said handing it to Shinigami.
