He clung to the side of the well as the spirits rushed through him. " They are demons....why would they want to speak clearly?" He chuckled, bringing his other hand up now.
Knowing Pavol was near he shouted. " I know nightmares kid! Shinigami is right...it is time you faced the lies and fears that your parents fed you. Prove to us you are not another monster"

The boy looked at both at them with tears in his eyes. " But...mother said it was for the best...we would helping everyone"

Nasr's eyes turned green once more when he smirked. " Look at the corpses before you. Valra are not the only ones there" He looked at his friend now. " This dream is not normal. The boy is still a boy and I don't have my dream form. I will shatter this nightmare to find the real dream so...duck"

A familiar shriek caused the blood to ripple. Pavol quickly turned around to face the dark hall once more, eyes wide and breaths far too rapid to be healthy. He could swear the bones in the walls were moving now or were there shadowy figures darting to and fro?

“Duck?”, he asked looking around, “I’m hilding a kid so yeah I’m going to duck. What are we ducking from again? Like ducks. Anyway, do what you have and let’s go to our normal destination”

Immediately after he had said that something massive came flying out the darkness. It's decaying body smashing into the shrine overhead.
The sound of shattering glass overpowered the demons roars and shrieks. As the rest of the nightmare shattered around them, Rage could be heard. " Fear! You traitor!"
Nasr stuck his tongue out at the demon as he fell into a soft, blue glow.

The landing was harsh for him. Beyond the blue glow was a stone floor that he found with his back. " Oof.....ugh....now where..." He turned his head to the side to see moonstone growing from the floor. Glowing runes were etched around it and on the walls. This looked better for a castle.

“So that’s rage?”, he asked confused, “I thought you would look better than fear. You are ugly”, he said a little annoyed, “snd so whiny, I think we wasted out time on this dude”

The demon was a legless wyvern. Not that they never existed but they had been busted off. 5 horns on it's head, 3 pointing back and 2 large ones that curled forward. It's eyes were sunken in and the lack of lips showed it's large teeth in full. A gleaming blade sat at the end of it's long tail.
" You are a fool to insult me, boy!" It opened it's mouth, revealing a glow of fire inside.

Pavol froze as he stared at the massive demon. Whatever feeling he had left fled with his warmth.

Silver streaks rushed over the demons in a split second. Fear fled rapidly while Rage roared and looked for the one who attacked. Another attack hit Rage from within the hall. A kirin made of magic stood in the hall now. When Rage looked at it he was blasted in the face with light. He roared and pursued the kirin.
There was something familiar about the kirin. It looked like the same butterfly trick Shinigami used.

Nasr forced himself up as he watched them fade. " Was that your kirin?"

“No, it’s someone else who’s seen mo trick before. Let’s think, who is strong enough to copy that trick and fit in oh wait what’s that black dragon’s namme again”, he said watching the hall rage disappeared into, “should we follow”

He stood up now and walked over to them, only to the pat the kid's head. " Easy there, Pavol. Just take the time to calm down" While the kid trembled, he thought for a bit. " Why not? If that dragon is down there we can ask her for her name again"
He started walking down the hall now.

He followed along but floated. He put the kid on his back now giving him a piggyback rag, “ so tell me, fear is a traitor now, looks like he didn’t get it yet”

He grinned as he walked along. " That was me. Thought it would be a fun way to work with my power" Having shattered the nightmare, the halls looked different. Death no longer filled the halls. The floor was clean and the halls were full of murals and glowing runes.

He paused when it split and looked down each direction. " I wonder if we will actually find a dragon. I mean what is she like without her dream form?"

“We are in the dream world so she will be in her dream form”, he said flying around, “you know you scared the kid to death. Also one more thing, tell me next time you changed the way a dream is supposed to look”, he said a little annoyed

He spotted a glimmer of the kirin to the right and followed it. " I...uh....no, I did not start us in the nightmare" He turned to see Pavol as pale as his feathers, clinging to Shinigami. His silence alone was testimony to his fear. " Rage was the one that greeted us, not Fear"

The hall opened up to reveal a massive library. Books as far as the eye could see with shelves so tall they would feel as insects.

The kirin bounded around them a few times before disappearing in a flash of light. " And here you are again" A familiar voice spoke. " A fools choice to dream of a city that houses a demon"

“How else I’m i going to find you sweet lady that annoys me”, he replied to her, “nice trick with the horse, I see we learnt the same thing. So, we are here and you know why, so please show your beautiful self and we will leave you to your rest, if that’s what you call this. Nice castle by the way, not so nice roommate though”

She chuckled as she stepped out from behind a bookshelf. " You can find me at my home...now that you know where I live"
Pavol flinched when he saw her. The nightmares were just too much for his young mind.

" Annoy?" She said looking off to the side. " I think you hate surprises. Nothing worse than being caught off guard..." She dropped her head before them and smiled. " Or not having all the answers" She used her tail blade to slide a book towards them. " And Rage...I despise him. He was sealed in my castle until those fool Luminaries weakened the seal"

“I understand.”, he said, “gosh I hate peoples that find things about me just by looking at me like her”, he said a little quiet then raised his head up to her, “we are here for info, nothing more or less. We hit a wall. We have a plan but I came up with it by being lazy so I need more info so these guys won’t die for a dumb plan. Also can I start living here, like my kind would love this liabray. I know, this could be our place that we can come to rest”

Being so close, Pavol heard his comment and smiled.

Realizing this conversation may take some time, Kuroi stood up. A bright light enveloped her and shrank to something more their size. When it faded a human stood before them with a scythe slung over her shoulder, or seemingly human. Her silver eyes still held slits for pupils and her claws were as fearsome as ever. Long black hair fell to her waist, with stars shimmering when the light touched it.
No priss in any sense of the term. Her black coat looked heavy with the belts and metal that adorned it. Despite that it fell gracefully above her ankles. Her pants were no less ornate in the same style. A white shirt broke the black theme with a crescent moon pendant to finish it off.

She stretched out her hand and luxurious chairs appeared. " Have a seat and I shall see what I can provide. First tell me of your plan" Her scythe faded into darkness as she took her seat.
" Your kind are welcome to stay here. It shall be nice to have company once more" Though her gaze was cast downward a gentle smile appeared. " I have the power to change this castle to suit your every want and need"

Nasr was blown away by what he was hearing. He was slow to take his seat as a result. " Yuuma was not joking...what are you?"
She looked up at them once more. A noble pride in her eyes " A dragon"

“Really, she thinks we’re dumb. She thinks us dumb, no shes dumb to since she thinks us dumb. We are not dumb, we saw a big dragon you know. Dumb dumb”, he said with a blank face and dropped pavol down gently so he could cpsit, “ok, we plan on bringing back the couple”

She couldn't help but chuckle at Shinigami's response and his answer only made things better. " No, I don't think you're dumb. Let me put it this way..." She leaned back and crossed her legs. " Those two are my parents. Though their hearts remain in the sky the rest of them reside in a different plane."

Pavol wandered over to his chair now. " Why don't you just bring them back with your power?"

She looked at the boy and chuckled. " Because their death took it's toll on me too. God no longer as my mother's demons feed on this world and all life" She returned her focus to Shinigami. " I can open the realm that they reside in but know this, until the demons are bound once more or killed, their lives will be stripped away."

“Oh, bounding the demons, yeah that’s our goal right now. Second”, he said then sat down and buroght out his notebook, “now tell me, who’s is the boss of the luminaries. How are they moving and also how to bound the demons.”

" The boss of the Luminaries you will find in the core city. His name is Venatici. He is the one who has Greed." She stretched out her hand again to create a Shulgir table. This one encompassed every city.
Nasr leaned forward to get a good look at this unique board. A crack through the middle told him that it was dead.

Kuroi grabbed a piece that represented the core tower. " You already know of this game. Each tower was built to gather magic and funnel it to this one in the middle." Lifting the piece, she set it to the side. " In a sense they have created a false god with these cities. Greed and Venatici will gain immortality and the power of a god if they succeed"

Pavol became curious now since he only learned so much about it. " Why the perfection?"
She looked at Nasr who she knew was familiar with the answer. " Because they have greater power. Those born powerless are kept only for the sacrifice. The demons are needed to restore Solarius or so they believe" She shifted a few more pieces to place what represented the demons on the board.
" Now, binding the demons won't be easy. For the two who already have a host, you must remove them. This can kill the host so be careful"
Nasr grabbed at his neck now. " You told me to willingly take a heart to cure my curse but also to rely on Fear's power"

She nodded and sat up again. " Yes, so you must be the one to release Greed but..." She looked to Shinigami. " You must release Fear after his curse is broken. You've faced it once before have you not?"

He began to write down as she spoke, “tell me more about this perfection please”, he said then looked up, “if we release them then won’t the trouble of getting them be a waste. I think the demons have enough to wake up the woman and I plan to use their power for just that. Facing fear I know something, they all have a weakness and its who they are. Fear is weak to the man he fears, rage will act like an idiot and move about, we all saw that, and greed will have what will kill him and take it with a grin. If you look at it well, sprhey are easy simple prey”
