The ravens would be scorched one by one in the deadly cloud. Laughter rolled like thunder until the insult was made. His roar was more like an eruption as the ground shattered in the distance. Fire and earth rained down as a the demon glared from his place.

His form was different now, a monstrous black dragon with gleaming blades. Madness filled his eyes now as he sought only the death of his foe. He dug into the ground as his tail swung around to attack. " Hell hath no fury like a woman's scorn" Whatever sense that made only Rage knew as another large creature rose behind Shinigami.

This creature part cat, part dragon and stood much like any human. For a female she looked surprising strong. A crimson blade she swung, aimed at his neck.

He caught the tail and pulled his attacker to himself. As soon as she got close enough he threw her towards rage, “my rage will live on in you”, he said as his wings grew out. His back was bleeding badly from the wings. He made a giant hammer again and used it to smash them to the wall

The demon would not give up, not yet. It pulled on his rage to fuel it's power. Blind rage was all that was left. No strategy just fury.

As the blade-like claws of the cat reached around the hammer, the demon became fiery energy to imbue her with. "Is that so? Then your power is mine boy!" with the dragon gone, the cat had room to escape between the wall and the hammer. She bled from the attack but her bones were amazingly in one piece.
She lifted her hand and spread her wings. The ground pulled back like a wave, growing taller and melting until a beast of lava loomed over them. It moved with furious speed to drag Shinigami under.
The cat dodged red lightning as she flew towards them. She would attempt to tear off his wings if her rapid attacks didn't shred him first. Kuroi had warned of the hell that would befall if he was truly enraged.

With 4 minutes gone, Kuroi and Nasr roamed the dark halls looking for him. The gash in the wall raised a few concerns but nothing like his absense

“Done”, he said then reached staged four. Energy of all kinds began to Emirates from his body and his body also absorb energy around him. His eyes became black and he began to bleed blood from his eyes, “I’m sorry”, he said softly and magic circles appeared on his hands. His wings disappeared and in their place were chains that grabed the cat by the neck. He pulled cat and threw her to the lave beast coming to attack him. With that he sent a small bomb at the beast that exploded as soon as the cat came in contact with it, “death by rain”, a black and white magic circle appeared on top of them.

Lava flew everywhere from the bomb. The cat tried to tear through the chains but magic was not the same as metal. Her fur lit from the heat of the lava.Through her the demon roared his displeasure.

A final effort was made to turn things around as burning souls clamored towards the rune. Clawing and pressing against it to try and shatter the magic.
A familiar presence was suddenly felt nearby. Of all the strategists, surely his brother would help. The red energy abandoned the cat now as Rage's voice sounded on the wind in tones of thunder.


The wind through the gash carried the plea for help. Nasr grinned as he turned towards the hole. " Do you not see me at the weakest?" He chuckled now as he walked down the hall.
Kuroi turned towards him and watched as the bones in the blood reached up towards him. If Rage and Fear were at war now, how would this effect the two who housed them?

He grabbed rage by the throat with light energy and brought him to his face, “fear is now weak and guess who made that possible”, he began to absorbed rage’s energy, “the next time you open your mouth I will break it”

The realm of fire blew away like ash flaking from a log as the demon's power was absorbed. It's voice once like thunder, gradually faded away. Forced to give up his role to another was the greatest insult that his body could not take. Once all his power was stolen, his form became nothing more than a statue in the desolate land.

Nasr vanished the moment he set foot into the darkness. Something had changed in the air, something cold.
Shinigami's form shimmered in the light that poured from gash as Rage's hold crumbled. Kuroi walked over cautiously in case trouble rose. " Are you still the same?"

“Why would I change”, he replied as he got them. He used rage’s power to change the setting and put dry land instead of lava, “ in fact I’m calm”, he walked over to the statue of rage and touched it, “I want a new chain rage, turn into one for me”, he said then turned to kuroi, “four minutes gone already. How’s nasr and the kid”

In response to the demand, the statue glowed with fire until it looked like it would melt. Flames flared out and it swirled into the shape of a blazing hot chain. Since Shinigami now controlled Rage, the chain would not burn him.

Kuroi looked over him carefully for a bit before nodding. " The kid is fine. I left a few creatures to keep him entertained. As for Nasr..." She looked into the darkness that he vanished into. " He changed the moment he said something. The demons must be reacting to eachother"

“Ok”, he said then picked up the chain, “I want the form of a dragon as the figure”, he said to rage then flew up to kuroi. His body was bloody and his cloth was soaked in his blood, “I need nutrients, lot of it”, he said as he began to change to normal, “rage has been dealt with. I will take him and fear with u when we get here in the real world”

Pointing her scythe to the side, she opened a portal to return to the library. " Come, I shall prepare a feast for you. There is a place you may clean up in this castle if you wish" She then closed her eyes and smiled sweetly. " Of course this is dream. It doesn't matter does it"

She stepped through the portal to find Pavol knocking over books as he ran around, laughing. Keeping just out of reach was a magic bird.
She cringed at the books scattered about, face down and pages curled. It would be tended too but first a simple request was made. The scythe was pulled off her shoulder and slammed into the floor.
Pavol jumped but when he looked over he couldn't contain his joy. The scythe changed until it was a table set with food fit for a king. Fine meats, rare fruits, and aromatic herbs and veggies sat atop in artistic flair. Of course various drinks to suit Shinigami, the one thing he asked for. " Food!!" Pavol said nearly tripping to reach the table.

“I meant in the real world, I don’t eat food prepared by some women since it bfpuilds up the want to stay there more”, he said then walked towards the boy. He was back to normal now but the blood still remained, “ rage is gone, not really, I need you to find nasr. I will reward you for it later. Can you do that”

She shrugged with a smile but the left the table for the time being. Pavol was quite contended to have food. His little tail partially fanned as he reached for some roasted roc. " You're missing out! She prepared good stuff!"
Once he finally got a piece, he sat down and opened his mouth. Suddenly he paused and looked at Shinigami innocent disappointment and confusion. " Wait you want me to find him?"

Kuroi walked past them with her hands behind her back. " He can't be far. If you wake before I return then I shall simply wait for you in reality" She opened a portal but looked back incase he had more to say

“Ok then”, he said then walked through the portal, “come on boy, Yuma will get you food. Nasr will find his way. Oh right”, he said then moved back, “my book, also does anything that happen here affect the real world. Like rage”

The boy's eyes got large and teary. " We're leaving already?" He sighed as he stood up and meandered his way over.

" Ah yes. That would be important for you" She said reaching into one of her pockets. The book was as he had given it to her. " Here you go. As for your question, yes. Both realms are affected by what occurs here"

“Ok, I understand then”, he said then went through the portal again.

Pavol followed, looking back once before waking up.

Night had fallen now leaving them with the multitude of stars scattered across the sky. The warm glow of a fire created a haze at the side of his vision. The kid stretched, messing up his feathers against the ground, before sitting up. The longma stood just outside the fire's glow. Each one with their heads down, dreaming their own dreams.

Yuuma poked at the fire causing a few sparks to fly. " You guys have been sleeping for two days now. I tried to join you but something prevented me from reaching you"

“Wait two days. I feel like I only went for a minute. I was there for one night and I became sick for a while but two days. How does time work there”, he said rambling and looked at his notebook that he had taken at the last monute, “nasr?”

Yuuma chuckled as he started pulling some fowl from the fire. The little birds had been cooked to a delightful golden brown. " Difficult to say how time works there. I have found that if you spend more time in a dream you sleep less. This is not a solid truth which .....I must apologize, I can't explain"
He held the birds towards the stars as he stood up. Stepping around the fire now, he offered one to both Shinigami and Pavol.
The kid beamed once more as he snatched the skewer away. " Food! Real food! Thanks!" He was greedy in how he devoured it.

Yuuma looked over to Nasr who was still sleeping. He was clinging to his head so tightly that blood ran down his face. " I think he is dealing with his own nightmares. He woke up briefly and said something....disturbing. Then the dreams stole him away once more. I have needed to use my power to keep us safe since then"

He took the fowl and began to eat ir, “what did he say. I was told that he had a terrible encounter in the dream world”, he asked with a mouth full.
