(hi hi! this is my first time using melody and i want to do some test runs to see how her character development plays out a bit)
the city is dark besides the street lamps and moon light that lights the cracked side walk. it's damp and aggravatingly cold from the wind tunnel of buildings. besides the occasional car or siren the city seems oddly quite or so you seem to think until A small cry for help that sounds half swallowed by pure fear," help!," the meak voice spoke again from the alley way. the voice of two men seem to luagh as they corner the poor girl.
"what a freak!" one says yanking at her small neko ear. she looks frail with a small build and such long white blond hair comming down to her ankles. her skin is as pale as the moonlight that lights up her saphire blue eyes. she holds onto her fluffy long white tail with muted cream spots rubbing at it anxiously as she shivers in fear. she is wearing a victorian seeming doll like dress with white lace and cream trimmings, but it had been soild by the muddy streets.
"please help me..." she calls out almost as if she is giveing up hope.

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.

Unrest may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat may be summarized.
Romance is expected but not required, and will be accompanied by other plot.
