I am the Infamous Axel Ozul, and I am a huge fan of roleplays focusing on horror. And specifically, I'm looking for something based on Tokyo Ghoul.
Plot-wise, I'm looking for an RP based on a show known as Tokyo Ghoul. However, this will not be taking place in the canon universe. It is unnecessary to know the events because while there is a CCG, there is no Amon. There is no Kaneki. There is no Hide. Canon characters do not exist. However, Cochlea does, which is good, because that will be our setting, albeit a tad modified to fit our purposes. It'll be our...own wing of Cochlea.
Anyways, I do request you have a little bit of knowledge on Tokyo Ghoul, but I don't require you know everything word for word. Simply reading a wiki article would probably work, honestly. But anyways, yeah, that's my plot. PM me if interested!

Plot
In this roleplay, your character will be a member of the CCG. While it's ultimately up to you what they do within the organization, they have ended up at Cochlea for work reasons. Specifically, to keep an eye on certain ghouls as the frenzy outside grew while more and more tried to break in, while still juggling their own jobs. Your character has been given a part of the building that includes many higher-rated yet mild-mannered ghouls, as they were only moved to Cochlea temporarily in the first place, and so while these ghouls were powerful, the fight had long since left them. Though one still seemed rather ambitious.
In that same area, my character, a ghoul, is also trapped. And excited that finally, there is a new addition, a person he didn't recognize. Perhaps now, he would finally have a chance to get out of this hellhole that had been sucking away at him for far too long. But how far was he really going to get if his best weapon is his voice?

On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
Romantic themes are possible, but won't pan out. For example: unrequited love.
