I was exhausted. I had random bursts of teleportation happening as I appear, disappear in small swirls of water aimlessly The loss of Susano'o had triggered my.memory seal to slowly start breaking and the strain had been too much.

I appear in a hot sandy desert and the last thing I see before passing out was a familiar face of.someone currently flashing by in my trickling memories "Da..." I hit the sand with a dull thud the exhaustion catching up to me

Damien was walking towards Cairo, his clothes were covered in dirt and sand. His face was disfigured with an expression of pure anger. Another day just wasted. He growls and looksbup at the sky before sighing and letting go of his anger

As he got closer to the city, a bright flash flashes before him, and he quickly draws two daggers in preparation of a battle. But before him stood someone he thought he would never see again. He quickly sheats hisnknives and just as he was about to greet her, she lost consciousness.

Dakien didn't allow her to fall to the floor. He lifted her off the ground and looks around. Satisfied that no mortals were near, Damien sprouts wings and takes to the skies.

Within minutes he lands at his current residence, his arms holding Ensho's body close to his own. His wings retreat back into himself as he walks into his residence. He carries her to his bedroom and lays her down in his bed, before hurrying around his house mixing herbs.

My eyes.open alowly as I groan and try to sit up "Wha... where am i?" Held my head in pain as I groan again and fell bsck on the bed my head hitting thr pillow

Damiens eywa widen and he hurries over to her, pouring the essence from the crushed herbs into a small cup. "You're in Cairo, Egypt" he answers her before giving her the cup. "Drink all of that, should help with your headache,"

Dami... is that you?" Gulped down the herbs and made a disgusted look before sitting up again slowly and looking at him with a mix of emotions on my face

Damien chuckles slightly as he holds back the tears that were threatening to spill and smiled at her warmly. "Yes. It's me," he says before reaching up and removing a glass eye that had replaced his own missing one. "Admittedly with one less eyeball now," he attempts a joke.

with.all your healing.powers you.couldn't form an eye?" Smiled.slightly and pulled him down onto me "What happened? why can't I remember everything..."

"I need the eye that i was born with, if not my power is compromised." Damien explains with a roll of his eyes. He then frowns and places a hand on her head. His hand and eye glow white. After a few seconds he frowns, "Whatever it was, its going away now," he reassures her before kissing her forehead. "I missed you so mich, Enny."

((Technically he cannot.do anytjing and neither can i ...o.o))

Enny huh?" Amused manner ad laughed a bit weakly "Father died... that is why it rained.... and stormed all night" Sighed softly and looked at my hands sighing "I.couldn't help him... at all"

Damien rolls his eyes and chuckles, before frowning. He nods sadly. "Your father, was an amazing, caring God," He says as he pulls her into a hug. "Never forget that, and he shall never truly be gone," he says while slowly rubbing her back. "That is all you can do for him now, and he shall be happy knowing you are safe,"

I know" Sighed softly and patted his head.lightly "Thanks... how are you... i mean I ... sorry its not my business to ask not after I vanished for so long"

Damien hums slightly before frowning and shaking his head. He sighs and gets back onto his feet. "It will always be your right to ask that of me, as it is mine to ask of you," he then licks his lips, hesitating, before taking a resolve and answering, "It's been... Hard" he looks down for a moment before looking up at her again. "But I got used to the silence, after a while."

You ..." I roll up the sleeve on my left arm looking at a tattoo with a black sun on it "Its not broken... you waited?" Looked at Damien surprised "All these years?"

Damien rolls up his own sleeve to show his black lightning tattoo. "I said forevermore, I meant forever more." he tells her gently before smiling at her. "It's... It was... I.." He clears his throat and blinks back more tears of happiness, "I would have waited an eternity to hold you in my arms again, gods be damned."
