Well, coding is one way to add images and videos (it's easier than it sounds though). There's a page here that gives you the breakdown of all the codes available, including youtube & vimeo videos, and adding images: https://www.rprepository.com/help/bbcode
Another way to add lots of images on the one page is using the gallery widget.
My girl Ardira is a good example of this; the image on the first page (beside her basic info) is put there using the [ img ] code, but if you click on gallery, all of the images there are added using the gallery widget.
