Please i need help on giving a gift any information is useful

Gifting something in your inventory - go to inventory, select ‘give items’, put in user or character name. Once verified, select the gift and write them a note.

I usually shop first then send out the gifts.

You can also go to the person's profile and select "Give Gift" under their avatar, but be aware that this takes you to the shop to purchase a gift, not to your inventory.

If you want to wrap the present, then it's still shop first. Get the item you want to give, get the gift wrap, go to your inventory to wrap the gift, and then send it from your inventory.

If that's not specific enough or some piece is still confusing, don't hesitate to ask further.
