The Idea: Your character has been tracking the destruction for some time now. Is it because they like dragons? Maybe they seek a worthy foe or perhaps a totally different reason. When they finally reach the end of the line they find a teen girl who's out of her mind.
YC manages to restrain her and is able to decipher through her ramblings the reason for her madness, the dragons that possess her seek revenge for betrayal done to them and the girl. When the dragons no longer rule her mind, she seems skittish but harmless. The powers the dragons give this girl could be useful but first you need to tame them.
One of my favorite characters is sitting idle so I would like to set up an rp or more to develop her into something more sociable.

As I stated earlier, this is for character development. She will start unruly.
Setting can be semi-futuristic, modern, renaissance, or older.
Can take place on a world beyond earth. ( bonus for alt. world)
Just a rough plot set up here. PM me and we can work on a plot suited to your character. If you have other ideas please share.

Variations: Romance is possible over time (F×M please) if one desires.( let me know if you want it to occur ) For this path human-humanoid characters are preferred. ( Hybrids, angels, demons, ect )

Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Some romance is possible, but the overall plot is more important.
