The World is no more, what we once knew, is no longer what is. The world is taken over By a Plague, called the Rust. It feeds on everything, Metal, Concrete and even plant life. It's developing, and now it even takes over humans. It corrupts their minds and slowly eats from the inside out. There is no way to stop it, the world is almost extinct of all life. The only thing we can do is travel from place to place in hopes that it won't catch up to us. Only the government experiments and other non governmental experiments are immune to it but even they don't want to live in a world that is slowly being destroyed. Infected humans attack others because they start to lust for blood. Their eyes turned red as they go crazy day by day, spil;ling blood of others and when there is no blood left to spill... They spill their own.
No place to live, no place to hide. The Earth is taking it's revenge on it's inhabitants for creating contraptions that were slowly killing it.
How long can you survive?

Aaron sat atop his perch, his M16 assault rifle loosely resting in his gloved hands. He wore an skin- tight all back suit, with a black tactical helmet. He was clearly working for the government in some. His three comrades sitting atop the same tree he his. A large slowly decaying oak tree, who's foundations creaked at every gust of wind. Each comrade was equipped with the same gear Aaron was. With the COM built-in into the helmet he spoke quietly. "Does anyone see anything?" He looked up at his team, they all shook there heads. He sighed until he saw something sprinting around the corner. A group of what looked like, crazed humans? He was phased a bit when one charged into his tree and Aaron tooled out of it landing on his back. Realizing what had happened he shot a large array of bullets into the three no closely surrounding him.
"We got to get outa here!" Shouted one of comrades roughly pulling Aaron to his feet, then pulling him toward the jeep the arrived in, they had concealed it in a large pile of foliage. Still a bit dazed he ran quickly, despite the aching pain in his back and neck. Getting a strong grip on his rifle Aaron shot a few of the Rusted humans that drew awfully close. Tearing the leaves and twigs out of the pile to the jeep, Aaron felt something metal he requested help from another teammate. They pulled it out revealing its yellow camo metal. Each person jumped in, they started it up and darted out of there. Aaron was panting heavily, he dropped the rifle on his seat and chuckled.
"What's so funny about having a near death experience?" Hal stared at him dumbfounded. He shook his head and went back to cleaning his tactical knife.
"That's exactly why it's funny, we all have had near death experiences about twenty times and we barely get hurt. God must really love us." He chuckled a bit more until he looked into the rear view mirror next to the driver's seat. "Ah crap." He quickly pickled up his rifle and aimed down the metl sights, along with Hal. Firing multiple bullets the hundreds of Rusted, we still on their tail, but luckily. Bit farther behind. They dropped like flies but swarmed like locusts, by the hundreds! Maybe even the thousands! Aaron and Hal were join my Joan, the one in the passenger. With her sniper rifle she pelted many down, one bullet taking several, but it wasn't enough. They continued firing until there was at least only one hundred and bout a mile between them. They stopped.
"Hold your ground!" Shouted team leader. When the Rusted got closer the leader shouted. "Fire!" Each teammate shot a large array of bullets cutting them down by the tens. When none were left each teammate climbed back into the jeep then slumped down in exhaustion. The leader threw a water bottle, and beer can at them. "They beer is for good luck." Hr said driving the jeep forward faster trying to escape the wretched desert they were now in. As they drove they came across a small settlement which looked to be occupied by only few, luckily they weren't Rusted, yet.
