The beautiful kingdom of Andromeda, known for its wildly varying environment, having some of the greatest minds in modern magic, and being a target for many revolutionary groups in the surrounding areas. The roads have become notably dangerous to travel on, with bandit and monster attacks happening by the hour. There's even been talk of the walled cities being unsafe.
What most people of Andromeda don't know is that their own queen has been attacked within her own castle. She's now incognito and on the run, hiding out in the forests, when she has the fortune of meeting you. But is that fortune good or bad?
Rules:
~Only looking for 1 other player, but I wouldn't mind a group.

~NO KILLING EACH OTHER. Even if your character ends up being an enemy to the queen, we need our characters to stay alive for the RP to progress.
~RP will be done on RPR. Whether it's in PMs or the public boards doesn't matter to me!

Magic is very common. Magic-tech, grand floating islands, forests that sing, magical creatures may be an every-day occurrence.
Renaissance
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
Romance isn't outright desired, but can happen if we decide the characters are perfect for each other. The romance won't be important to the overall plot.

What do you mean by modern magic?
The world would be a fantasy setting (LotR, Zelda, Skyrim, FMA, etc.), but would be a world where magic is normal and has been around for centuries, long enough for it to be studied and practiced. So, "modern magic" in this context would be the same as "modern science," or in other words the BEST magic users of today.
Ok. Just had to clarify. Perhaps we could discuss this.
