"Stupid isn't the world I would use, more along the lines of cruel, and monstrous, not all of course. I don't think you are that way at all. But..." He sighed, "there was something that happened that really made me think if I ever want to be human again. I don't enjoy being a vampire because of all the secrets, killings and not being able to watch a sunset. But I don't think I could ever for get that human, changed a lot." Kyle seemed to be thinking in a world far away at the moment, watching the last few sun rays over the water.

Her mind pondered over his words, that he wasn't sure he wanted to be human again, but she'd never experienced what he had. He was in his nineties after all and compared to him she'd most likely live less than half that time, but of course she wouldn't mention that part. Either way both sides seem to be hard.

"What happened..?" She asked quietly, unsure if it was the right question to ask. Maybe he didn't want to speak of it, but it was too late. She asked and he'd have to answer, that is, if he wanted to.

"It was 60 years ago. I was still having problems controlling my cravings. Well I was found out and captured. The mayor was who I was brought to, Mr. Andrews. He told me he wouldn't kill me if I did some work for him. I agreed, it started out as just being a hit man, taking out people who were doing crimes. It wasn't all big deal but then... He ordered me to take out a family... To get back at some one for breaking a deal with him." Kyle sighed, "I did it, it was... Really hard... Screaming... The children... It made me sick afterwards, I told him I was done. I was going to leave but then he... He was able to get a hunter to make it so I couldn't move. He made me go without blood for 5 months. I was so hungry I couldn't even remember my name. I was a brainless killing machine. It is what happens when I don't drink, I become a beast. Then he released me on a town. I kill everyone... Drained everything. When I was don't and I got my head back, there he was. He laughed and told me, 'see you're the monster and I am a victim."

That was sick. For someone to force something like that onto him, knowing that he'd have no other choice. Now he had to spend probably every day regretting something he hadn't meant to do, but at the same time it was no accident. Iveth was fully aware of his being right then. It was much more dangerous that it appeared... He was more dangerous than he appeared and she learned that through heads on experience.. With a bite mark to prove it, but he couldn't be blamed. She was stuck between staying or distancing herself completely. Yes, she cared, she tried to see herself in his shoes, but there is always a risk.

She silenced herself, not wanting to speak because she had nothing to say. Her thoughts were scrambling so fast, if even if she wanted to speak to I'd be impossible to even make a sentence of it.

Charlotte walked through the city wearing a black dress, and black high heels, white necklace, silver bracelets, black ear rings. She stumbled while walking a couple of times, and felt like she was about to take her anger out on her high heels. "D*** these high heels are going to give me blisters..." Charlotte mumbled and took off her high heels and started to walk bare foot. As she walked through the city streets at night, Charlotte could hear the sounds of foot steps. "A theif..." Charlotte thought to herself as she looked back. She noticed a man with a knofe was following her. "Shame, shame..." Charlotte said licking her lips amd smiling.

"If you fear me, I will leave." Kyle said standing and going to the water now that the sun was gone. He let the cool water brush his feet, "I promise not to hunt you or stalk you. Just please don't tell anymore, that is all I ask." Kyle took a deep breath taking in the smell of the ocean.

"Not that I'm afraid," she came up next to him, sinking her feet into the small waves, "It's just that.. Neither of us are safe." Iveth looked over at him hoping he could understand.

Charlotte took out a small pocket knife that she kept in her dress just in case. She knew the guy was slightly taller then her, and held a bigger knife bit she stood tall. The man threatened if she didn't give him any money he would kill her, but Charlotte just smiled. When the man was about to stab her she spun around behind him and stabbed his back, and ran her pocket knife through his spine, the man screamed. "My, my I thought you were going to kill me?" Charlotte said sarcastically, as the man fell on his stomach, Charlotte stepping over him and conted walking until she felt a small pain on her hip. "Dang it!" Charlotte shouted and snapped her fingers, and stared at her sliced hip.

"not safe? Hey look I can protect you. I haven't seen a hunter in this town in almost thirty years, so we don't have to worry about that. i mean there is a werewolf pack in town but I stay away from that area completly and they stay out of vampire territory. See they get the nothern half of the city, us vamps get the southern half. And I promise not to let anyone hurt you, promise." He hugged her, then laughed to lightened the mood and ran into the water like a child.

A smile seeped it's way onto Iveth's face at his words and wasted no time in following him, clothes on or not. Once she ran deep enough into the water she plunged into the water, savoring it's warmth it had received from the sun and popped her head out of the water, flicking her hair back. She watched him a moment before she did the courtesy of jumping on him.

Charlotte held her wound, and walked all the way back to her hotel room. She opened the door and dragged herself to the elevator "are you alright?" Asked the hotel manager, Charlotte smiled shaking her head. Charlotte went up to the 7th floor, and walked down the hallway towards room 345. She took out her key she kept in her hair, and opened the door, closing it. "Alrighty then..." Charlotte said and starred at her wound.

Kyle laughed as he was jumped on, and pulled her under a wave with him. Then pulled her up again. "Hey why do we still have clothing on?" He smirked and raised an eye brow.

Iveth then grinned and lowered herself into the water down to her shoulders. She grabbed the helm of her sports bra and brought it over her head, flinging it to the shore. Next, she took off her warm ups and anything she had on underneath that soon joined her bra on the shore. Her eyes then turned to him, a bit flushed, but she shook off the apprehension.

With her arms tightly pressed against her chest, she urged him on, "Your turn pretty boy."

Kyle smirked and stripped down. "You a sexy~" He winked and looked over Iveth's body.

She quickly flushed, thrusting herself into the water before could study her any more.
