Hello, Visionary!
We are diligently searching for a few crucial additions to our newly reformed medieval/fantasy group. While a lot of the basis for this group is established, we are still in the process of writing lore and further developing the world it's set in, which is an original world concept rather than a fandom based world. Rather than offering something that is structured for one specific story arc, our group has a more open world concept. One can choose any part of the world to create their own story, or join the majority in a kingdom-based roleplay, the roles of which are split into three main departments for efficiency (Mages, Physician/Healer, Soldier). While we do not mind helping newer RPers to learn, we are currently striving to add experienced and knowledgeable RPers to our rank, specifically ones that can be active.
To summarize what we are seeking, we are looking to add the following to our group (which currently sits around 20+ members).
1-3 Unique Physicians : The Court Physician (Department Head of Physicians) is seeking RPers willing to take unique approaches to an occupation whose basic skills can be learned by most, those willing to go beyond simply knowing basic first aid techniques. The members of this department focus on the well being of the characters that dwell within the Basilisk Keep, as well as the outlying town around it, Blackfel. Common duties would be demonstrating and honing one's skills in the art of healing, as well as participation in campaigns that require a physician/healer present.
3-4 Creative Mages : The Court Mage (Department Head of Mages) is searching for efficient and bright new Mages to diversify the department and explore unique magics that aren't so common in the RP community. The members of this department provide a constant growth in the magical aspects of this world, and are plots within it often revolve around character growth and development. Common duties would be applying one's skills in the arcane arts to providing practical solutions to issues occurring in the kingdom, as well as bolstering its defenses. Campaigns also often require the presence of Mages to offer that added unique element.

1-3 Brilliant DM's: The Queen (Group Founder/Leader) is looking to bring on a handful of people who would be willing to aid in story development as well as managing/DMing certain threads of RP within the group. These individuals must be diverse and experienced, capable of adapting to the lore of the group and improvising responses to RP not happening within the Kingdom itself. These persons will most likely be assigned a specific continent and oversee RP occurring in that part of the world. Keep in mind that there are only a few select members that are not affiliated with the kingdom, so this would not be nearly as daunting as it seems. Common duties would include potentially developing character bios for NPCs as well as confidently leading the plots occurring on other continents.

Magic may be accepted as truth but is not common. It might be harnessed only by specific beings. Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones.
Iron age
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
Romance isn't outright desired, but can happen if we decide the characters are perfect for each other. The romance won't be important to the overall plot.
Details: Character sheets & strict mechanics, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred. Will be played with a large group of players.
I've spent a decade and a half rping on MUDS, which means most of my roleplay experience is in settings like these. I also run a discord server for roleplay, though it's a hectic mess of forgotten ideas, and more of a hangout now than a place of roleplay. If I enjoy the setting, I might be willing to put some work into its expansion.
