Ceilibell nodded with her hands raised in a gesture of reluctant acceptance. "I won't make you do anything you don't want to do." Her hands relaxed back to her sides. "I just wanted to offer it. It seems sad living out here alone." A gurgling sound came from her stomach, reminding her that it was morning and time for breakfast. "Are you hungry?"
She whimpered and nodded. Natalia was always hungry, but she didn't verbally respond for a moment, "Y-you don't need to give me anything."
Ceilibell started back down the hallway, though she didn't quite know where she was going. "This is the least I could do, especially after you lead me to this." She motioned towards the flute on her hip. "Maybe we can go out to the courtyard, or up in one of the spires and have a picnic of sorts." An inviting grin spread across her face.
"A... Picnic...?" she asked with a glint of hope in her eyes. She had seen families go on picnics before and the prospect of one she could partake in excited her, "Okay!"
She glanced around, completely lost in the unfamiliar castle. She turned to the girl, blushing slightly. "Do you know how to get there?"
She nodded and led the bard through a series god longer but not too confusing passages until they can into the inner sanctum, which was long overgrown.
She smiled. "This is perfect!" She sat down and pulled out a blanket, setting a loaf of bread, some fruit, dried meat, and a small wheel of cheese on it. A container of juice lay next to the food.
Natalia watched her set things up and then nervously sat down. She didn't dare to reach for any of the food or even ask if she could have some for fear of abuse from being so greedy, or what others had made her think was greedy.
Ceilibell tore the loaf of bread in half, holding out one to the girl. "Dig in." She said with a smile. "I don't think I ever got your name. Mine is Ceilibell."
She tentatively took the half of the loaf and ravenously bit into it, her rows of shark teeth shredding the bread.
"I'm Natalia," she said between bits.
"I'm Natalia," she said between bits.
She smiled. "That's a pretty name." Something laying in the corner caught her eye. "What's that?" She walked over and picked up an old book, blowing the dust off it. "Weird, it doesn't seem to have a name." She said as she walked back to where they sat.
She blushed, "Th-thanks..." the watched idly as the bard took up the book. She didn't know how to read anyways, so it didn't matter to her. She liked listening to stories, on the occasion that she wasn't kicked away, but she didn't care for stories directly out of books.
Ceilibell opened the book. She wasn't much of a reader, but an old book in an abandoned castle intrigued her. Perhaps there was some long lost spell? Or maybe a good story about the ancient kings. She knew several people who would want to know about that. She opened the book, sneezing at a poof of dust. "The Historys of Hell." She read the heading with a raised eyebrow and a list of rulers. The names seemed difficult to say and she tested one of them out.
((Sorry I didn't answer for a while, been busy with school.))

(Ish okay )
"I don't think that's a good book," she said quietly, "I'm not religious but... Hell is a bad thing."
"I don't think that's a good book," she said quietly, "I'm not religious but... Hell is a bad thing."
Ceilibell nodded, looking at the book warily. "What kind of people lived here?" She was quick to put the book back down. She certainly wasn't interested in getting to know hell or it's rulers now or in the foreseeable future.
Ceilibell smiled a little. "Well, I suppose that would be obvious." She put the book back where she had found it. "Have you always lived here?" She asked as she sat back down at their little picnic.
She shook her head while viewing a bite of her sandwhich, "I came here about two moons ago... It's not that special really... No skeletons in the dungeon, no dragons flying around or monsters in the cellar and I know all of the secret passages. Whoever lived here took all their valuables when they left."
"Except for the flute." She glanced down to where it was clipped at her hip. It had been hidden, so perhaps whoever had left had planned on coming back.
