Its finally summer break,no exams,no fights at school,and no homework. (Y/C) and some friends decided to go to the beach. There,at the beach were tons of people making sand castles,eating ice cream,surfing,making Tic Tocs,and just walking together. Your friends were off doing their own thing,while you were chilling under some shade since its so hot. You then notice a large fish tail,growing curious,you investigate. Once you got there,you see a merman,and he doesn't look to good.And thats where our story takes place.PM only
Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.

A peaceful setting, but with a chance for small fights and struggles to break out on a very small scale.
Romance is required, but may take some time to develop. For example: slow burn RPs.
