(How long should we wait for him before moving on? In my experience, anonymous players tend not partake in RPs very long :c if this one does, cool, but if not, I'd like to to continue this)

"Neither matters. Does it? All that really matters is that I'm here." He spread his arms wide revealing the white eagle on the chest of his black hoodie. "You may also be wondering why I followed you here." He smirked. "My curiosity of a girl with a silver blade took the better of me." He shrugged then stuck out his hand to the blade pushing it away from him. "No need need for violence, and trust me, a sword would not protect you from me, at all."

"What about a little lightning?" Cassie asked, smiling. She snapped her fingers and little sparks danced across her index finger and thumb. "I do however, want to know why you followed me. Certainly my blade wasn't the center of your curiosity."

"I wasn't intending to protect myself, I was intending to use it on you," Nomti growled angrily, his big ears as far back as they could go, which wasn't far but still enough to get his anger across.
"And even if the sword couldn't do anything, my being a demigod certainly would."

( an anubite technically is a demigod. A child of the gods that isn't immortal, but isn't just a mortal either)

"You shooting sparks, and your being a demigod is no concern to me what so ever. Even I my very young age I can easily fend against the greatest of foes." He then turned toward the girl answering her question. (By the way wouldn't she be a bit phased from her being poisoned?) "it wasn't the center of my curiosity you are correct. But this boy here. Never really seen to many like it." He eyed the boy up and down looking fairly interested. "Being a, what looks like anubite, you may know a few things or two about the gods, yes?" He awaited what was probably going to be a prolonged monologue about the history of his ancestors meeting the gods and him having a story of his own. He was intending to cut to the chase to get as much info as he could then report back to the government. He stood there and tapped his foot.

"It?" Nomti growled angrily, "I'm as much of a man as you if not more," he snarled, "And Why do you care? I look and act no different than any other anthro. Only difference is that my origins are from that of a god... Or... possibly an alien..." his ears lost their hostile tilt and he stood more straight, "Actually, none of us really know... Either way, it shouldn't matter to you. What matters is that this girl was in trouble and so I helped her."

((Ha, she has actually been poisoned a couple times so she is less effected.)) Cassie coughed, dropping her hand to her side. "Boy's stop fighting before the doctors come in to see what all the commotion is about." She said, poking Nomti in the ribs. "Hey can you get me some water?" She asked him kindly.

He blushed a bit at the poke then nodded. He shot another glare at the other boy the set Cassie's sword next to her. There was fortunately a water philter sittingon te counter and several cups. He filled one up and brought it back over to Cassie.
"There ya are."

Cassie gratefully drank the water, her hand shaking with each sip. "Much better." She said to Nomti as she faced the boy again. "Well, If your curiosity wasn't focused around my sword then what are you looking for?" Cassie asked with an evil glare.
