I went though my inventory (and after a generous friend sent me some of their own goodies to sell) and it seems I have more than what I thought, and in some instances way more than my original count.

Instead of 8 Stargazer Lilies, I have 16 >_>

I also have:

12 Red Roses
15 Yellow Roses
2 White Roses
2 Black Roses and
2 Rainbow Roses

(the numbers have been updated! - though 1 White & 1 Rainbow are currently pending)

On top of this I also seem to be a bit of a mythological zookeeper because I have 2 Original Orange coloured Phoenixes, 2 Red and 4 Blue! They need a new home!

They are $5 off the original price and you could only get them during the one time bake sale!

If you are curious if I still have a Walrus - I do! In fact, I have two for $3 each

I also managed to get two more Macaroons; 1 Blue and 1 Yellow. These pastel coloured sweet babes are so cute! And if you're in the mood for some warm comfort, I have 3 Hot Cuppas!

Speaking of baked goods, I also found that I now have a total of 3 Rich Cupcakes (chocolate dream - drool!) and 2 Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes (one is on hold already!)
