[The Zinakar organization would like to invite you to the bare hand to hand fighting tournament held every millennia, do to your unique ablities. There will be 16 contestants, and we will only take the best.
The rules are simple, no weapons (such as blades, bullets, bludgeoning devices, staves or the like) are allowed, no technologic or tool based combat are allowed. Cyborgs must have only internal modifications and they must not have any hidden weapons or explosives, including tasers or gas weapons. ALL combat is expected to be done with your physiology and ablities.
The fights will be until submission, incapacitation, or death and will be one on one in a place of our choosing. We will offer you all the luxuries you could need between matches, and in the semi finals you will be allowed to watch the other competitors fight.
The prize is immortality granted by a rare form of Phoenix feather, which will make cease any further biological aging, make you immune to all forms of disease and grant you an accelerated healing factor and regenerative capabilities.

What is the Zinakar organization
a shady underground worldwide organization that specialized in magical and supernatural drugs, items, weapons, and even (meta)human trafficing. From magical hitman to flesh golem designed perfectly imitate someone, if it exists and can be sold, they have it.
Your character will already know of them, but their relationship and outlook on them is up to you. They have existed for milliena and their true motives and operations are a mystery.

A fighting tournament from the sponsored by the Zinarkin Organization has begun, and y/c has been asked to join. This is open to any magical, metaphysical or empowered character you might have, within building level destruction. (Can be altered.)
Every other fighter will have their own motives and goals, some may even form allegiances, and will be played by me. Know that attacking them outside of a sanctioned fight will result in you being kicked out and disqualified from the tournament. Obviously the end of the rp.
This will obviously be a very combat oriented rp with me doing your enemy encounters. I always expect some degree of prior knowledge on your characters ablities, at least ooc. You will be given time between matches in a hub where you can interact with the other challengers. If interested, read the letter and message me with your character you want to use.
The rules for combat are listed in the letter, and your opponents will be varied. Also, I'll be deciding how ability interactions will go, such as fireball meets lightning bolt. This tournament will favor you, but nothing will be a easy win. And you can lose, though you won't be killed. It's going to be as fair and impartial as I can be, but still follow it's own internal logic.
If you are still interested I'll even let you try again, though with some possible changes probably to the line up.
Also the prize can be changed, if your character is say a vampire and already immortal. The idea is each person's prize is unique to them. 2nd place will also be offered a chance to get their prize from the head of the company by doing him a favor.
After the tournament y/c are free to live your life as though it never happened.
Magic may be accepted as truth but is not common. It might be harnessed only by specific beings. Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
Wartime/soldier RPs. Combat is a given and will likely be graphic, but there's the potential for non-combat "in the trenches" scenes. World War 2, Vietnam, etc.
Romance isn't outright desired, but can happen if we decide the characters are perfect for each other. The romance won't be important to the overall plot.
