Category B - Friendship/Family/Neighborhood
Every day you heal me
Every day you care
Every day I think of you
Even if you are not there
Every day I'm waiting
And hoping for the day
When every day will be today
And we won't have to stay away
Every day.
Every day you heal me
Every day you care
Every day I think of you
Even if you are not there
Every day I'm waiting
And hoping for the day
When every day will be today
And we won't have to stay away
Every day.
Special Prize - St George
Today I am St George
Fighting the dragon fierce
Battling through the flames
It's wicked heart to pierce.
Tomorrow could be different though
Tomorrow it could be
That the dragon I am forced to face
Is the dragon I call Me.
The dragon could be Jealousy
The dragon could be Guilt
The dragon could be Anger
at the lack of wealth I've built.
The dragon could be Sloth
The dragon could be Pain
The dragon could be Regret
At the life I thought I'd gain.
These dragons pop up sometimes
Just every now and then
Because sometimes I'm the hero
But others I'm my own villain.
