hey everyone! I'm going to just ask a simple question. who here has a craving for Sci-fi Rp? i haven't seen hardly anything in the sci-fi area. I'm hoping to spark interest in it by asking

what do you want in a sci-fi Rp?

if everyone who craves it would like to, just reply to here and I'll start making a list of what would like to be seen? Hoping that if there is enough interest might try to make it a Rp in the sci-fi forum.

Here is the list so far

2. star wars

3. mass effect

4. alien/predator

5. Star trek

So far this is the running list, tomorrow should be the last day on this. It'll be later in the day. till then keep it up!

My preference would be a star wars based one as I do have a star wars version of Kyle. I just haven't put it up yet. It's on my to do list though. And hopefully soon.

I'd say something to do with either Stargate SG1 or Stargate Atlantis.

Spaceships, lasers, explosions and sexy aliens.

Yeah that's what I like in my sci-fi.

glad to see interest is still around! I'll start putting a list together a little later, it'll be lunch break for me when i do. also give more time for others to speak up.

I noticed a character here a couple of days ago based upon the Alien movie franchise with the players own creative twists so perhaps something in that area as well as the Predator movie franchise?

I can add a +1 to senny's Stargate suggestion. It's a continuity I feel familiar enough with to roleplay in, and it offers plenty of options.

I'd also be interested in original settings, of course! I'm a fan of the kind of stories where a team of people with all sorts of specialties and expertise go on exploring a recently discovered planet, perhaps for colonization. I'm also a fan of everday (or not so everyday) life aboard spaceships and the hazards that come with it. Not necessarily magnificently flashy and brilliant spaceships, but the kind that still require a lot of human skill and input to fly, and which are maybe a bit dangerous, like Serenity in Firefly. I love space westerns!

But I'll also go for some good ol' Alien and Predator RP.

wow....aliens and predators just got some love! I have to admit...i love them as well. so it's nice to see others like them as i do!

so that puts Alien/Predator up i think to either #1 or #2. on lunch so don't have the time now to tally so far. but it's almost time!
