First and foremost, before I get into the details, this RP will assume you have prior knowledge of the breath of the wild story and world, its inhabitants, locations and general setting. I think that Nintendo has come up with an amazing and full world, not just to run around as a naked boy shooting laser-arrows at ancient technological spider-turret-things in, but also as a conceptually fascinating idea. The world is in a state where civilization is slowly rebuilding itself- all major "cities" consist of no more than a hundred people, (almost) all with a specific job to do in helping day-to-day life simply function as if nothing is wrong. The fear of calamity ganon has subsided just enough to where people are slowly beginning to travel again, peddling wares to other cities who don't have what they're selling, exploring the myriad ruins left lying around in the dust and decay and slowly expanding their territories, despite the ever present threat of monsters that rise from their grave every week with renewed vitality.
The time period I want this RP to take place in is after link has awoken, but before he defeated ganon. News of a strange traveler is beginning to spread, causing ancient shrines to come to life, towers across the horizon spring up from the ground and those ancient "divine" beasts stir more than ever.
Our character(s) will be simple civilians- no one important to the overall story of breath of the wild, but rather their own living people in the strange world of hyrule. Who, what and where they are don't really matter to me, as much as crafting a coherent and logical story that makes sense for the world and the current events. They could be simple city folk living a day in the life, they could be explorers, searching through the ancient ruins scattered around, they could be from two seperate races having a political discussion about the future of their empires. It's all interesting to me.
I'm looking for someone literate, writing with paragraphs and potentially able to keep up with multiple characters, though that may change depending on the scenario. I'd prefer a 1x1, though I'm open to a small groups if your idea is interesting enough!

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.
Renaissance
Distant war may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat will likely be summarized, not played out in detail.
Some romance is possible, but the overall plot is more important.
