Heyo! I was just wondering if anyone knows whether or not the loyalties are also affected by exchange, or just repair; and also if gifts for loyalty are given when exchanging, as well.

I'm not sure about how the loyalties are affected, but I can confirm that they definitely do give loyalty gifts when you exchange weapons for explosives.
