Ori Series

I've recently set up an Ori series AU for my character Cysgod, in which they are a spirit guardian. I'm willing to RP them in a location based in the world of the Ori games - that location can either be their home region or any other region, so long as it's neither Nibel or Niwen (because it's better for original content to have the RP set outside of the regions established in the games). I am also more than happy to have them turn up in another setting entirely, either through an alternate background or a hybrid world where the Ori game setting and your character's setting exist in the same world. I'm also entirely up for merging Ori with Hollow Knight if you want to play a Hollow Knight OC in the Ori games world or would be interested in my character ending up in a bug-inhabited region. Both settings are after all open enough for them to possibly exist in the same world.

Alternatively, if you'd rather an entirely Hollow Knight RP I have some scenarios here (the thread is still closed at time of writing this one on account of the fact that it doesn't have the preface this post does, but as long as this one's open, take it to mean that one is open too - if I decide otherwise, I will just delete this paragraph).

Alien Slice-of-Life

I'm also up for some slice-of-life set on an alien world, though with more strict parameters than some of the other setting listed here. I'm looking for characters around Kiro's age who can be played as a member of his species. The RP will be set on the primian homeworld, where the cities are built vertically along the trunks of huge trees with vertical highways, suspended plazas and a lifestyle of climbing that means it's very rare to actually find oneself standing on actual earthen ground. I'd prefer to start the RP with your character already being Kiro's friend. Basically so that the plot revolves around a couple of kids monkeying around - in some ways quite literally.

High School Student with a Secret

I haven't yet had an RP really get off the ground with my character Tetsuji. He's a 16-year-old who also happens to be a strange little furball with zodiac-related powers who can shapeshift into a human. So I'm looking for something a little more simple with him than I have in the past. Which means basically a US-based setting (unless you're British or know enough about the British educational system to instead have it set in the UK), as generally I've had trouble with partners in the past struggling with a Japanese setting. The RP doesn't have to involve school, but given how major a part in a kid's life school is, knowing the cultural aspects of a given place's education system helps with a (mostly) real-world setting. Generally I'm looking for an RP based around discovering Tetsuji's secret, but it can evolve into a more plot-based or action-based thing if fate takes it that way.

A Lonely Outcast

Age 18+ Players only, due to the character's occasional bouts of swearing and violence. Eltrinander is a gentle creature from a violent tribe, left to wander the woods on his own after being rejected by his people. He's basically looking for a home. Anyone thinking of giving him shelter must beware however that he has a tendency toward occasional personality shifts - a dark, hateful personality that is not his own. They are unpredictable but rarely last more than a few hours at a time and usually number in the minutes in length. And when he goes back to normal, he barely even realises the shift even happened. They may never actually occur during the RP if there seems to be no good storytelling opportunity in having them happen.
