Seen this circulating a few sites as well. Is there a reason SOPA's making a comeback?

I'd wager my money that it's being used as a smokescreen for something else, again. It's probably a distraction. Last time they breezed NDAA through with little to no noise.

Because the internet saying "no" once didn't stop people who would benefit from draconian copyright enforcements from still wanting it. It is likely to come back every year for the rest of time.
