Okay, I remember reading a similar idea somewhere on tumblr a few years back. A universe in which characters age until, let's say 21, and then stop aging in order look for and be able to meet their soulmate and grow old together. Our characters could meet and then, progressively, over some time spent together feel like time is actually passing and they start feeling themselves age at last. I'm looking for a slow-burn romance role-play so if anyone's interested in discussing more about this idea please PM me! 
Magic is rare. Some of the players might have it. There may be sages or other magical figures that could be sought out for tutelage.
Modern
No combat. If problems arise, players may be expected to solve it without resorting to violence.
Romance is required, but may take some time to develop. For example: slow burn RPs.
Details: Freeform, paragraphs required, long-term RP partner preferred. Will be played one-on-one.
