Hi there! Not sure if this has been asked before, so I apologize ahead of time if it has. I have a long term roleplay that was done via inbox messages. Is there an easy way to save the posts in a single file, or will I have to get busy copying and pasting like a fiend? Thanks!

Ah yes... saving PM RPs...
This came up in discussion a couple months back but I don’t think Kim addressed it. I’ll have to search for where that was discussed.

I’m afraid the only method is to copy each page and paste to Word or some other word processor program. I would paste mine into a notepad text box to rid the formatting then save to Word and delete the excess. A bit time consuming.


Edit: I did bring this up a while back in the ‘Suggestion’ forum. Nothing has been said about it as yet.

If you don't want to save message by message you can also use CTRL + P and print to PDF but you will still have to do this for every page in your RP though as there is no "export" button

I have tried that and it works really well, but found PDF harder to work with in editing. I suppose if I ponied up for the ful Adobe package I wouldn't have that issue.

I have been highlighting each page and doing the 'Ctrl C' then doing the 'Ctrl V' to notepad for however many pages I need to do. My record so far was 111. I then Ctrl A-Ctrl X out of notepad and Ctrl V onto a blank Word page for editing.
