My character is a transforming superhero (Kamen Rider, Power Rangers, etc) I'd really like to do a formulaic superhero crossover with another hero-like character.

On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
The world IS war, but there may be RPs that don't feature it. Warhammer Fantasy/40k, etc.
Some romance is possible, but the overall plot is more important.
Details: Freeform, adjustable length posts, one-off scene. Will be played one-on-one.

Need a villain with a great backstory and (at least as far as I know) an un-cliched plot to destroy both the governments and heroes of the world, both physically and mentally? Then Retribution’s the man to bring into the mix.
