The day had started bright and clear, but by mid-morning, clouds had rolled in over the plains, and darkened the hold of Whiterun with the distant rumble of thunder and the promise of rain. Though this boded well for the crops of those who made their living tending the land, the weather was but a mere annoyance to those traveling the long roads that wound across the province. Rain made mud, and mud slowed the horses and made the hills slippery, after all.

One such traveler eyed the clouds with dreary resignation. Hiking his pack a bit higher onto his shoulder, he began to regret leaving his horse behind in the city. With Rabi's speed, he'd have easily reached the city by now…or at least Rorikstead. However, Rabi was no master of stealth, and her pounding hoofbeats would have given them away to the criminal the Khajiit had been hired to track down and kill, so she had remained in the stables outside the city.

He knew he would not reach his destination - the city of Whiterun - before the rain began, and even the smaller town of Rorikstead was too far. There were a few ruins dotting the plains up ahead, and one large - though crumbling - tower dominated the view, so when the weather did break, he could always seek shelter there. Hopefully he'd get lucky, and there would be no Hagraven already living there….

There was a small tent off to the side of the road where a black horse stood.. next to the tent was a light gray and white Khajiit with solid blue eyes. he looked at the sky and sighed herring the thunder he frowned " Damn storms" he said shaking his head and pulled he hood of his robes over his head.

Dmitri was at the Whiterun stables as well and he was contently brushing the hair of his horse, a big, blonde mare with a black mane and tail and a single black stripe down her back.
He was humming contently to himself as he combed the fine hair if his equine friend and looked around, absently taking in his surroundings.

(( I actuly had to get on skyrim to make this char since Ezio is my char in skyrim ))


Ezio sighed and moved into his tent as it started raining.. He was hungry but had nothing to eat " Funny.. a stronge mage who go's hungry... what a wonderful story that will be in winterhold collage" he mudderd to himself.

((Khajiit, Khajiit everywhere! ))

When the distant crackle of lightning lit up the sky and the rain finally began to fall, the traveling Khajiit flinched a little. He had always been wary of shock magic and its natural ancestor, and the way that even a small amount could paralyze the limbs and fry the body. He picked up into a jog, hoping to reach some shelter before the rains began to fall. After several minutes, he reached the top of a hill, and where the hill had once blocked his view, he could finally see the cobblestone road that wound through the plains…as well as a tent and someone's horse, both set up along the roadside. Ears perking up in curiosity, the Khajiit started down the hill and headed for the road. Perhaps he could negotiate a little shelter from the storm with this camper.

The crack if lightning startled Dmitri's horse and she whinnied nervously. "Woooah!" he put a hand on her muzzle and led her further into her stable pen. "Calm yourself," he said and actually put a weak calming spell on her before walking away and he took notice of the tent and horse, as well as the two Khajiit there.
Dmitri assumed this was a smaller caravan and decided to pay his countrymen a visit and approached, "Hello there, comrades!" he called, his accent foreign to the lands of both Eleswyr and Slyrim.

Ezio was startled by the sudden appearance of two people "Whoa.. h hello there" he said softly a bit skittishly as he come from his tent, his ears twitching softly. (( remimber hes blind ))

Slowing to a walk, Azaron shook his head in an attempt to get rid of some of the rainwater soaking into his fur. His warpaint was already starting to run, and since the rain continued to fall, the action had little productivity. "Apologies, friend," He called out to the Khajiit owner of the tent as he walked up the path behind him. "I am sure we did not intend to startle you."

"Oh, this isn't a traders caravan," Dmitri said and shrugged, "Doesn't matter. It is good to see brothers," the heavily armored feline smiled, "Would you two like to come into the city? The guards trust me well enough," he offered.

" i have a home in Solitude " Ezio said " but my damned horse got me lost and i don't know where i am" he said with a sigh and looked down, he felt helpless sometimes.

"You're just outside of Whiterun," Dmitri informed the blind khajiit.

" Ah, thank you kindly"Ezio said " if you dont mine though, would one of you brothers help me get home?" he sniffed the air " do eather of you have any cheese on you?"

"Gladly, but why don't you come into the city before it starts raining too hard," he offered, "And I actualy do have some cheese. Would you like some?"

Ezio nodded " please" He said with a smile " but as to why i did not go in... I did not realize i was near a city" he sighed " people ten to ignore me"

"In any other city, perhaps that would be for the better, friend." Azaron huffed and shook his head again. The rain wasn't letting up any, and his fur had soaked up almost as much as it could take. "Thankfully, Whiterun has a kinder opinion of Khajiit than most places."

"I'm respected in all of the Holds except Windhelm," Dmitri shrugged, "One doesn't get armor like mine by picking locks and pockets," he pounded a fist on his dragon bone chest plate, "Come now, friends, cats shouldn't be in the rain for so long."

Ezio took his staff in his left hand and stood up " Lead the way my friends.. would you mind helping me pack my camp?"

"Of course, Comrade," Dmitri immediately went to work on taking down the tent and packing everything neatly and appropriately.

Ezio took the ranes of his horse and got up " Thanks friend" he said " life can be quite tough when you blind an alone" he said with a sigh.

"You should take a wife then," Dmitri suggested, "A handsome khajiit can get any woman he want."
