Only then,did he remember what she told him.He kept his hand there,seeing as though it warmed her,at least,he did that for now.

She relaxed ev more, to the point where she was t really even curled up anymore.

He smiled,slightly,

After about an hour more, she woke from her nap and stretched then looked around for her crush.

After awhile,Arc had gotten a blanket and put it on her,and went to check something.About a half hour before she woke up.
Arc just happened to walk into the room when she was now awake,"good morning" he said,despite it wasent exactly morning.

She frowned thoughtful and pulled the blanket round her, "Was I asleep that long?"

"About an hour or so.." he said,"not long.." he wondered if he confused her with the good morning part.

"Thanks for the blanket," she smiled and walked over to him then sat on the ground in front of him and looked up at him adoringly, like a puppy.

He smiled,"your welcome" he said.When she sat down he looked down at her.

She wagged her heavy tail and smiled brightly up at him, "How are you?"

"Good" he answered with his pleasing smile.

"I'm a little hungry. Do you want something?"

He shook his head no,"I'm not hungry,thanks though,"

She nodded, still smiling and went into the kitchen. She returned with a chocolate chip granola bar and plopped down in front of Arc again.

Arc eventually sat down.Now sitting in front of her,instead of standing infront of her.He still smiled,slightly.

Ahe restrained herself from smiling just do he wouldn't see the bits of granola stuck between those sharp, shark teeth of hers, but her eyes still ha the same affectionate expression in them.

He looked her in the eyes,he saw the expression in her eyes.

She held eye contact for a moment before blushing shyly and looking away.

He looked away too,then,there was just simple silence.

She just sat there, growing increasingly uncomfortable with the silence. Try as she might, and even her recent confession, it seemed he didn't like her in the way she did and she submitted to defeat, accepting that no one would ever like her like that, and why should they? She stood up and stretched.
"I'm gonna go sit outside."
