He pondered for a moment..“hm...just stay out of the room one door down from you..the one that has a different door then the rest,” he said placing a hand on the 3 scars on his cheek, that room held the past.“I dont mind if you go in any of the other rooms..just not that one peticular room..thats basically my only rule.Otherwise, your free to do what you want..” he said.It was obvious he wasent strict.
She bowed her head gratefully and with relief, "Thank you," she said and started upending drawers to see if there was any more feminine clothing for her to wear.
Inside the drawers there was clothes that would fit either gender, they werent specificaly made for boys, and they werent specifically made for girls, the clothing and all were neutral. Some were fancy, some were caual, some were for anything else.
She picked out something she liked: a pair of jeans, a loose, light blue t-shirt and some undergarments. She reluctantly tore a hole on the back of the shirt so it would fit her dorsal fin and then she walked out of the room and looked around before going out into the back of the house and she took a deep breath of the fresh air.
He had left the room for a moment.Seeing her picking out clothes kinda made him think she was going to change, and he really didnt want to see that. However he did follow her out back. Not many people had stuff like he did, especially to only be 14 and have all this stuff.
She smiled up at him and then sat down in the grass and took another dep breath. The air was so fresh, it was amazing compared to the smog of a city.
He sat down beside her.He never had lived in a city,so he didnt know how its air was.He looked at his right, seeing a hill,he thought of a rule.“Rule #2:..dont bother the graves on the hill...” he said.
She nodded. Natalia wasn't particularly smart in any way, but she knew enough not to disrespect a grave. Cemeteries had always creeped her out anyways.
"I won't, I promise," she said with a reassuring smile to him.
"I won't, I promise," she said with a reassuring smile to him.
He looked at the hill. You couldnt see it from down here, but there was a small cemetery, maybe only 6-7 people buried up there. Not alot, not at all,but a cemetery is a cemetery. He looked at her,“good” he said with a smile.
She couldn't help but blush when he smiled at her and she looked shyly away from him.
He noticed her cheeks blush slightly. But that didnt make his smile fade.
She didn't know why exactly, but something about his smile made her feel more special than anything else.
He looked away from her,he looked up at the blue skies above them.
She looked down at the grass beneath her paws and then up at the sky with Arc. There were so many things he wanted to say but had no idea how to say them. A simple thank you didn't seem enough.
He looked up at the sky,the clouds passing by.It was funny how he thought the clouds looked like white ,fluffy, pieces of cotton candy. He didnt require her to say thankyou,or anything more than that.
She tentatively leaned against his shoulder but her whole body was tense and she was prepared for him to hit her.
He didnt raise a arm.No hit came, not ever, time ticked by,nothing. He didnt mind her leaning on his shoulder.Besides, never would he dare hit a girl..
She relaxed after a few seconds and her ears twitched, tickling against nose and she smuggled lightly against him.
He looked at her out of the corner of his eye.He still didnt mind her leaning on his shoulder or anything. He probably wouldnt ever mind it.He didnt mind anything she did.
She glanced up at him and then gently, affectionately rubbed her nose against his neck. Her cheeks were already bright pink and now the color deepened under her fur as she did this.
