Harline zipped up her baby blue jacket as she ever so slowly made her way to the interview room. She couldn't believe she had a possiblility of getting adopted, not that she wanted to have one. The last time she got adopted was three months ago, where terrible things happened to her, like always. She was used to it though. Ever since she was nine these things started happening to her. Over that time she learned to hold in her emotions and close everyone out; its safer that way.
She wore a white tank top covered by a baby blue jacket, and jeans with baby blue converse. She wanted to cover up as much as she could... She wouldn't want anything showing that could convince somebody to adopt her. After saying a quick prayer, she opened the door to the interviewing room.

(This will be an interesting setting to try with Doc xD)
When she walked into the room, Harline would find herself face to face with a gas mask, the two red-tinted lenses of it staring into her soul almost.
"Oh~ Vhat a pretty face~" he said. The man's voice was coated in a thick, German accent and his body was covered from head to toe. Not a single spot of skin could be seen on him and in his right arm was a fox cub, who was curled up and sleeping soundly.
His heavy boots thudded as he walked back to the administrator's desk and looked directly at the extremely uneasy woman.
"I will adopt her. She will be just wünderbar!" he exclaimed.
"Y-you don't want to interview her?" the woman asked and tugged at the collar of her pantsuit.
"No. This is fine," he said and it seemed his mind wouldn't be changed.
"S-sir... I-I really don't think you're fit to adopt a child. After all, you don't exactly have a good... Mental health record."
"Mental, shmental. I am adopting a teenager for a reason."
There were a few more seconds of conversation before Doc signed a sheet of paper and turned to Harline, "Alright. Come. Now ve go."

((Mind if I join?? If you do I'll just delete this........))
A young girl walked around the darker halls in the orphanage with a black sweater on and earbuds in her ears. "I hate this place so much." She mumbled every once in a while, pacing the dusty and almost pitch black hallway. Almost nobody looked for her unless it was time for lights out, they didnt really care what she did as long as she didn't start a fight with the older kids. A new song started on her iPod and she hummed along to the familiar rythm. The girl danced lightly and with a gracefullness no mundane could ever achieve, the music speaking to her heart. Right now she didn't care about anything else besides the song that was playing and the floor she was dancing onz
((I tried to correct my grammar as much as possible, I'm still on the buss so I might mess up a couple times. If I did mess up somewhere, just either it or it or tell me so I can correct.))

(Hey, I don't mind at all. But, I have a question before we start lol. There is someone else in the forum who wanted to do it also. I'm new to doing this on a forum, so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to do the rp with both of you guys or both but separately. )

(Sometimes my replies will be short, sorry. ) Harline looked at him, then to the woman, eyes obviously pleading. "I-I can't..." She said quietly. "You can't let him take me! Please! I'll do anything!" She mentally yelled at herself for not saying it stronger, but she couldn't help it. No matter how hard she tried to be strong, on the inside she was just a weak and scared little girl who appeared years ago.
(If it's in the same topic then it's both people at the same time. Also, don't reply to specific posts. That gets messy)
"Don't worry, if you're not being taken care of in two weeks, we'll bring you back," the woman said reassuringly, "Now, go along with your... Father..." she said, the worry obvious in her voice.
"Yes, come along. I will let you hold Keera," he offered, gently lifting the baby fox.

Alex suddenly felt her ear buds being yanked from her ears by one of the older kids, and she immediately turned around to punch him in the gut. Unfortunately, he tried to duck out of the way, only to get hit in the nose with her fist. Holding his now bloody nose he ran down the hall to get the girl dorm matron.
The boy and the matron game down the hall several minutes later, the boy's nose now covered with some cloth, and stopped a little short of Alex. "Alex you have done it now." She declared grabbing Alex's arm despite her arguments. The Matron, Kelly was her name, dragged Alex towards the owner of the orphanages office, the door slightly ajar and voices coming from within. "-will let you hold Keera." Was all Alex heard before she was abruptly shoved into the office with the three other people. "I DIDN'T START IT THIS TIME!" She managed to shout before the matron went into this wild story about how Alex savagely attacked the other boy.
((Lets keep it flowing like this. Its's Haraline, 'Doc', then me. K?))

(Sure. ) She looked at the baby fox with fear as the man held it up, which she assumed was a her, based on its name. She was about to pass up the offer when a girl was harshly shoved into the room.
"I DIDN'T START IT THIS TIME!" The girl shouts, scaring Harline, though she tried to not let it show. She can't help but listen to the matrons story.

"Can I adopt her as vell?" Doc inquired with a somewhat excited tone.
"Mister... Doc?" she looked at his file again, "I really don't think it's a good idea for you to adopt two children..." she seemed a lot less worried about the boy's bloody nose than the insane man trying to adopt her charges, "You barely qualify as it is."
"I will proved room and board for them. Is that not vhat is required?" he asked then thrust Keera into Harline's arms, "Here, you hold her," he said then looked at Alexandria thoughtfully, though no one could tell since his face was hidden behind the gas mask.
Keera was rather rudely awoken by the shift in carriers and she looked tiredly up at Harline then wagged her fluffy tail and sat up in her arms. The little fox let out a little whine and then licked her chin.

Alex looked around, confused about what was going on. "What? You actually WANT to adopt me?" She said, her voice full of surprise. Most people would take one look at her and run the other direction. She looked the man up and down, careful not to reveal her happiness about finally gettin adopted. "I'm cool with going with him, as long as it means getting out of this Hellhole." She added leaning against the wall, the boy's bloody nose all forgotten about.
Alex looked over to the other girl, looking her over aswell. She wasn't used to seeing the girls around that much because Alex usually hides in the dark parts of the building, away from windows and refusing to go outside. The girl looked about her ag, maybe a little older, and Alex vaigly remembered her from her first day here.

As Keera licked her chin, Harline flinched and was about to ask if she could put her down when the other girl spoke. "I'm cool with going with him, as long as it means getting out of this Hellhole." She said. 'I'd rather live here than with another 'family' again.' Though Harley. Harline gently sets Keera down and looks at the other girl, to see her already looking at her.
She wonders if she's ever seen her around before. She's never paid attention to people around, but she was sure if she saw her at least once she would recognize her.
Harline uneasily looks away and stares at the tiled floor, shifting her weight to her other foot.

Keera whimpered slightly when she was put down and put her paws up on Harline's legs, hoping to be picked up again. She looked into the girl's face with a sad, pleading gaze that only a puppy could pull off.
Doc grinned underneath his mask then signed some more papers and opened the door for the girls, "Come along."

Alex half-smiled, relieved to be finally free of this stupid face, and picked up Keena. "Your a pretty girl." She said soothingly to Keena as she walked out of the office door and waited in the hallway for them. Alex stuck one of her earbuds back into her ear and put her hood back over her head.
Harley walked out of the office slowly, making sure to lag behind and stay silent.
She watched as the other girl put her hood on and as it looked, listened to music. Har lets out a soft and quiet sigh, dreading the thought of having to live in terrible conditions for two weeks before returning to the orphanage.

Keera froze, startled when Alex first picked her up then happily cuddled into the girl's arms and licked her hands.
Doc walked next to Harline, "I vill show you how to properly vent your anger," he said with a grin.

(Is it Alex's turn or mine? Since the order is me, Doc, Alex, but Doc's last response was talking to my chracter, I'm not sure.
(I think it's okay for you to post just to move things along)
(Okay.)
She looked up at the man with a confused look. That was a random statement. And anger? How did he know she was a little mad? The only other times she would get mad would just be when she's mad at herself.
"W-what do you mean?" She asks barely above a whisper, looking at the grinning man.

The red lenses of the gas mask reflected onto her face and his non-existent lips curled into a wider grin beneath his mask but he didn't answer her.

Alex looked up as the other two came out into the hallway and adjusting her sleeves ever so gently as to not disturb Keera. She heard them have a short conversation, she was half hidden in the shadow wih Keera curled up in her arms. "Are we ready to go?" She Alex asked suddenly, announcing her prescence. Usually people couldn't see her when she was silently sitting in he shadows, so she didnt blame either of them.
