So, uh, I've been wanting a cat for a long time, but I always thought that it'd be a more when I move out type of thing since (I'm currently living with my parents, planning to move when I'm 25-ish) since we have dogs and well, my parents had said before no cats. Well, lo and behold, my dad texts me last night to say we're gonna go pick something up and, uh, here's my new furbaby!



Her name is Nala

Aww! She's a cutie! How's she settling in with the dogs?

We're taking it slow with introducing them. Right now she's chilling in my room, just to let her acclimate to the new place and then we'll introduce her to the dogs fully. Though, she did have a bit of an introduction when I first brought her home where she hissed at Minnie (our smaller dog) but I think she was mostly just nervous about being in a new environment and being introduced to new dogs. The lady we got her from had her with dogs, so she's used to them.
