DRAFT
When designing the CSS template/style, the designer will provide a draft of the CSS template/style (within their own account and domain) so that the client may view and comment upon the progress. When the CSS template/style meets the outline set out in the quotation with its specifications, the designer will invoice the client.
The client is welcome to dictate alterations to the work both during updates and after it is completed; however, excessive and time-consuming changes will not be made unless the client wishes to pay extra.
PAYMENT
The designer will send an invoice after the client receives the final work. Payment is due immediately upon transmission of the invoice. The client must inform the designer prior to invoice transmission should they wish to extend the payment deadline or send partial payments. If the client cancels the commission or does not respond for 31 days after the final work has been sent, the designer may recycle the work and sell it with modifications.

The designer retains the right to post all commissioned work on any website, gallery, blog, or journal. Clients may not profit, replicate or redistribute the CSS template/style, assets, nor take credit for its creation.
