He walked out of the big cat place.Soon he followed her to her office door. Not saying a word for the moment.
"Are you sure you're not hungry?" She looked at him quizzically. "I have plenty." She grabbed a Coke and a granola bar.
He nodded,“im sure” he said.He doubted he would even be able to pick it up, even if she gave him something, his hand would go through it.Never the less,he doubted he could eat anything.
"You don't believe me?" She flung the door open pointing at her stocked mini fridge "Its like the mini fridges at hotels." She laughed softly
“I believed you the first time.I just dont want anything...” he said, looking at the stocked fridge for a moment, then back at her.
"Oh. Right." She smiled at him sipping her Coke "I like the bubbles" She laughed
“The fizz?” he asked. He remembered barely remembered last drinking soda, but he still slightly remembered it had slight fizz to it.
"Yeah. Sorry if that was weird. I notoriously say weird things when Im tired." she laughed "Thank God no ones around to here them."
“I heard it,” he said, there went the 'thank god nobodies around to hear it' part.If one noticed Willow laughed more then Vexis,Number of laughs today,Vexis:0,Willow:10+ probably.
"Well I meant ya know, the other times. If you were there for those, that would be a little bit strange." She smiled taking another drink. "I can't help saying weird things though, it's like my brain shuts off it's akwardness filter." She shrugged.
“Out with the awkward,in with the normal” he said, meaning just say all the awkward things, and end up saying absolutely nothing that was,or even sounded normal.
"Well one time I had this dream my seals did my makeup. I mean they did an okay job, but still. And one time when I was walking down the street I saw a candy bar on the side walk and I picked up and ate it. Sometimes I wonder what Santa gets for Christmas." She blushed out of embarrasment. Why had she just said that? Was she crazy? She put her face in her hands and sighed.
“Somebody has quite an imagination to dream about seals doing their makeup for them.” he said,“never eat candy off the ground, and i think all Santa gets for christmas is the joy, laughter, and thanks of all the boys and girls.” he said, even if he didnt believe in the jolly old man,he knew St Nick had been real, but not the fat man in a sleigh getting pulled around the world in one night by flying reindeer.
"I was new so I didn't know not to to trust candy bars lying on the sidewalk. In my old town things like that wouldve been fair game." She laughed uncomfortably. "I get the Santa thing though." She cracked a smile.
“So if the candy bar was poisened, would it still be fair game?” he asked. He faked a smile, but his fake smiles looked so real.
"It sure would. I mean sure it'd be kind of stupid to go out like that, but people die. That's just a part of life." She took a bite of her granola bar shrugging.
“I'm way ahead of ya on that fact” he mumbled then sighed. After all,he had already passed through deaths row.
"Whatd you say? Sorry, you talk kinda quiet sometimes." She tossed her granola bar in the trash. It was the gross kind with dried fruit in it.
“Nothing, nothing,I said nothing” he said in response.(Mindblank)
"Oh alrighty then." She shrugged her shoulders, cracking a window. "Its a nice night out, don't you think?" She smiled slightly in his direction. (Ah it's alright.)
