<I'm Venice!> the fox said cheerily and clambered over her friend. She wound up face planting into the ground with her butt in the air but she quickly recovered, <What's your name?>
Behind her, Rome slunk into Archur's shadow with a hurt expression writ on his face.
Hope came over too and sat down next to Venice, <She's right,> the shiny zangoose smiled teasingly, <Yoyre pretty dang cute,> though she spoke with a heavy blush on her cheeks that betrayed her shyness.

<Hehe... Thank you. My name is, um, Ignis.> Now two of them had said it! Could a Fire Type's cheeks burn? He was pretty sure that was the feeling. <I'm.. I'm going to be walking with you all for a bit. Until I see something I recognize.>

Venice giggled slightly and then scampered off towards Rome, who was still sulking in Archur's shadow.
Hope giggled a bit when she saw him blushing too, <Do you have a pack to get back to?>

<No.> He answers truthfully as he sits down. <Packs stay in one area and I... don't.>

The slim normal type cocked her head to the side, <Then why do you need to get somewhere?>

<I just like wandering a lot. If I come across something I recognize, or find something new and exciting like you guys, all the better.>

<Well, what would you recognize and why would you want to be there if you move around a lot?> Hope had been raised from an egg and so didn't really understand anything about being wild.

<I don't know. It let's me know where I am, so I can find places I've stayed in at night.> In truth that had only happened twice, and that had been months ago. <Do you like traveling with this human?>

The shiny pokemon nodded excitedly, <It's really fun. I don't know what it's like to be wild since he hatched me. It doesn't matter though, they're a good family. Nicholai and Forli are mates and they adopted Rome,> she leaned in and whispered, <Rone has a really big crush on Venice but she has no idea and he won't tell her. Venice is a really sweet little thing, very friendly but also very naive... She doesn't read any emotion unless it's painfully obvious, like super happy or if you're crying or yelling. Anubis is quiet but really nice. He knows how to read and speak like a human. And I'm just me,> Hope smiled, not really knowing how to introduce herself.

<I'm Ignis. You already know I like going around places, but's pretty much all there is to me.> He looked at all of them as Hope pointed them out. None of them seemed too concerned with him, so he finally looked at the human and nodded.

<It's nice To meet you Ignis! I hope you stick around for a while.

<I think I will, thanks.>

The zangoose have him a quick hug before moving over to Anubis, who was her best friend on the team and her snuggle buddy. She sat next to the lucario and looked at the book he had pulled from Archur's bag.

The Houndour felt his face burn again and laid down quickly in case any more hugs were coming his way from the other.

Venice was preoccupied with doing silly things in hopes of getting Rome to laugh but he just smiled weakly at each thing.

"Well... It seems that we're staying in this spot for a bit," Archur sighed then sat down against Forli, who's head was resting in her cyborg mate's lap.
The teen patter his lap, gesturing for Ignis to come over to him, "Come on over here, no need to be shy," he said reassurngly.

Not really thinking about since the boy had been nice, Ignis walks over and sits down in front of him, head tilted to the side in curiosity.

Archur reached over and started lightly scratching his ears again, "Well, now you're acwuainted with everyone," he smiled, "You're free to travel with us as long as you'd like, and unless you want me to at some point, I won't catch you."

He wouldn't, huh? That was good. He didn't want to battle Hope or Venice! He settled down and laid his head on Archur's knee. Thus was a good human...

the boy grinned and relaxed against Forli's side a bit more, hand resting on Ignis' back.
"Hey, Anubis?" he called ot the lcuario, who looked up from his back, "Can you come over here and tell me his name?"
"Sure," the aura pokemon smiled and nodded towards Ignis, giving him the go ahead so he could translate.
